We have been coming to Achieve Wellness on monthly basis for over 2 years. We only have couples massages, our experiences are always relaxing. Unfortunately, today we had a poor experience. We are used to always seeing new staff but the young lady who assisted us was not courteous or seemed to care about our business. My name was registered for the massage but my husband's name was not registered. We are certain there was a mistake because another person with the same first name as him was booked. We would have appreciated if the secretary could confirm if truly there was another client coming with the same name and not an accident during booking. We didn't receive an apology or any other efforts to help rectify the situation. We had scheduled a baby sitter but had to go home do to no other options being provided. Very disappointing experience.

Achieve Spa is simply the best. You go there feeling nervous and like well yes you are going to get the same old Fort Mac treatment. High cost Low value. BUT NO. They treat customers like family and it's such a pleasure to go there and be provided top quality service.

Went today for the first massage ever and I had a great experience. Started of with super welcoming receptionists who introduced me to the beautiful spa. My massage therapist, Ashley was very accommodating and I got an excellent massage from her! Will definitely come again! Good job :)

Everyone should check this place out at least once, but I'm sure they'll have you coming back again.

I was a little skeptical at first and I was nervous about how things would work out but, I'm glad I went to Achieve Wellness, such a positive environment and I felt instantly relaxed as soon as I got there. I walked in at a pain range of 9 and left at 3. I literally had a couple tears from released tension in my back. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The waiting room is calming and has a nice selection of tea. The choice services available are very nice. They're going through some reno's which is understandable. I feel the couple's room needs a handle to get in and out of the tub. The table on nearest to the washroom needs am extra piece of velcro aswell. But those are 100% not a deal breaker.

I had never had a poor experience prior to this. I had booked online an 80 minute massage for 4:45pm after work. Upon arrival (4:35) i was informed that I was actually late to my appointment, and it was scheduled for 4:30 unlike what my online booking had reflected. I also did not receive a phone call regarding this discrepancy. Furthermore, after rushing to change and go into the room, I was informed that because I was supposedly late to my appointment, I was only going to be receiving a roughly 60 minute massage, even though I paid for 80. This was incredibly frustrating. Regarding the masseuse, she rushed through the routine and focused on my upper back/neck. Although the pressure was nice, she actually hurt something in my right shoulder blade area and I'm in significant physical pain today as a result. And after the 60 or so minutes, she abruptly ended the session, grabbed me a glass of water, and rushed away. The receptionists understood my frustration and offered me 10% off for the mistake; however, I already receive 10% off through my company. There was no true reconciliation for this mishap and I'm very frustrated with the situation as a whole. A deep tissue massage is supposed to relieve stress, not cause more!

Went to Achieve for my physio treatments. I highly recommend their programs here. Comparing this place to other physio in town; at other places your just a number and therapist just push as many clients as they can within the hour. Here I felt well cared for and my therapist was very informative and showed genuine concern for my full recovery. They have great staff and excellent facilities. Check them out you won't be disappointed.

I had an amazing experience at Achieve Wellness Spa! I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who explained to me everything I needed to know. I love how they had bath robes prepared in the change rooms for you. They had a dimmed waiting room with water and spa music. I had Meagan and she was amaaazing! Was super friendly and conversational. You could tell she really cared and asked what I wanted to focus on the most. One thing I would suggest (I'm sure any are aware of this already but since I'm new to the massage therapy world wasn't sure what to expect) is if you want something with more pressure, definitely get a deep tissue massage. I got the swedish relaxation massage and it was more gentle strokes. Definitely relaxing though!! ;) Overall it was a very relaxing time and they exceeded my expectation of a spa place. Never really been one to get massages but I am so glad I came here. Would 100% recommend and I will probably be coming back again!

I have been going here for a couple of years now for deep tissue massages and to relieve sciatica and have never been disappointed. Alexandra Denvir is the best RMT I've had and I always book her. One time the spa had to rebook me with another RMT when I arrived but they gave me a 15% off discount and the other RMT (who's name I forget) was great. Would recommend RMT services here to everyone.

I paid for a full leg wax but looking at it afterwords it looks like the job only got half done. I was very disappointed with the many patches that were left behind :( I thought I was gonna go back at the end of the month but that's not happening.

I just want to share my experience. I was there twice in the last week. The first time for a manicure. I was super tired and the lady that did my nails could tell so we just sat quietly and I relaxed to the point I almost fell asleep. It was so wonderful and my nails look perfect. I then started my day today with a luxury pedicure. I was wide awake and enjoyed the conversation with TerriLynn so much. I booked a pedicure before a recent vacation. Reception was very firendly and directed me to waiting room. Throughout the treatment staff were very attentive. Although my nails were not quite dry when the lady had to move on to her next session, I was invited to stay as long as I needed and not rushed in any way. The whole experience left me very relaxed and the nail polish lasted throughout my 10 day vacation. Very pleased.

I am a competitive older athlete (52 yo) who likes to push my body to the edge. Ive learned over the years how to prevent catastrophic injuries but strains do occasionally occur. When they do I call on Alma Chan to get me back on my feet. She is a GREAT physiotherapist who really knows her way around the body and she has a 100% success rate in helping me. Not only does she get to the root cause of my strains she also gives excellent post treatment instructions on how to prevent repeat strains as well as ways to self treat should they come back later.

Dr. Rena Saini, the naturopath, is an awesome doctor! I am so glad, I went to see her with my muscle pains, headaches, thyroid problems and weight gain. My only regret is, that I should've come and seen her much earlier. Her office has a cabinet with a lot of big dark glass bottles, which, I thought, they were just decoration. On the contrary. The bottles contain herbal remedies. So, dr. Saini actually mixed a herbal concoction right in front of me. So cool. She gave me other medications, too. Dr. Saini also treated me with acupuncture a few times for my knee injury. I can straighten and bend my knee a bit better. The knee is less swollen and the muscles around it feel more relaxed. I booked a few more acupuncture sessions with her. As a result of the entire treatment, I lost about 10 pounds. I feel much better, more happy, more energetic. I definitely recommend dr. Saini!!!
