I've been having regular massage therapy here with Wilma since 2008 (older location on Welland), typically between my spouse's and my own benefits I get a massage once a month to handle the negative effects of sitting at a desk all week. For me, deep tissue work on the shoulders, back and leg areas (like adductors) is crucial for keeping the pain at bay and when I first started coming here I was having to do stretches every day 3x/day just to relieve the pain in my legs, regular RMT work keeps me from having to go back to this. Back in Motion is very clean and well-maintained, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Wilma and Kendra to anyone looking for professional RMT work.

This is a fantastic massage therapy clinic, it has a very welcoming and comforting atmosphere. All the massage therapists are very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I usually see Nina, she is an excellent therapist and a genuinely wonderful person. For any strains, aches or just to relax from the physical challenges of everyday life, this is the place to go. I recommend this place to everyone.
