Absolutely amazing front staff. Had an appointment today and they were holding a staff of end for wearing Hawaii attire really brings up the Mood. Techniques that they use or new and Innovative for getting you back on your feet literally I've been suffering from an ankle injury for a long time... For the first time since last August my ankle feels more normal than ever. P.s. this is not the first physiotherapy treatment I have had.

The staff at Proactive Physio in Mount Pearl are amazing!! They are fun, relaxed and they are genuinely nice and care about your progress. I've been going there now for over a year and Vanessa, Tony, Ashley are the best ????

I had an appointment at the Mount Pearl location last winter for massage therapy. While I was there, I found it hard to relax. There was snow outside and a truck was cleaning the lot. There was constant noise from the truck's back up beeper. That's not what you want to hear when getting a massage. As much as this is not ProActive's fault, I think it's something worth making other clients aware of.

I've been going to Proactive for a few years now and the one on Merchant Drive for over a year. I've done both physio and massage therapy and I found them very helpful and knowledgeable in both. I normally book online to chose from whatever time slot works for me best. I do find that it can be difficult booking for a massage at times but because of the many office's they have around town, I can usually find somewhere that is free for my specific timeframe.

I've been going here for a few years now and experienced personal service from Becky, Vanessa and Arielle and I can't say enough good things about them and their service. Always friendly and trying to get to the bottom of the reason you're there! They really work with you to help you with whatever ails you! The front desk staff is always very pleasant and helpful (Especially Ashley!) and I always look forward to going here and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else!
