The hotel is not very well located, because it is as far as a too long walk. The room was not properly clean. The staff is definitely too young to manage the hotel. Breakfast has only tables and they might ask to come a bit later. The gym is ridiculous. We will definitely not come back. Below our expectations.

My new husband and I were given a couples massage and jacuzzi soak as a wedding present. It was the first time either of us had been to a spa, and the Monastery staff were friendly and helpful. And of course, we left feeling super relaxed :)

Outside suites need to be updated. We paid a ridiculous amount of money for the service we received. It is way overpriced and they've certainly increased pricing under their newest management. I used to love their suite night special which doesn't exist anymore. We stayed to celebrate our engagement but definitely won't be going back unless they make some changes

Cancelled my appointment I had booked 3 weeks in advance less than 2 hours before my appointment, and said "at least they called me, they didn't have to". I had booked time off work for this appointment so obviously I was extremely disappointed. The MANAGER was extremely rude and not accommodating whatsoever. When I asked to speak with the manager after the employee had given me so much attitude, I was shocked to hear she was the manager. My last massage appointment I showed up more than 15 minutes early and they didn't even bring me in to room to change until 10 minutes into my massage. Did not make up the time and still charged me the entire hour. The service here has been getting worse and worse over the years and now I am finally done going there. Save your money.

I had an amazing time here, My finance and I had a beautiful suite! With very friendly service an one of the employees that works there actually helped us out in a beautiful way???? We had left our room to go for a drive to the store, an when we arrived , I opened the door to our suite an there were rose petals an strawberry covered chocolates , An TWO bottles really nice ???? wine. So between the young man also my fiancee of course had a hand in the surprise for myself! All in all I have to say it was Perfect???? So when I stated that an employee had helped us out, Well I would to say a very big thank you , as this young man went ahead and did so much without even charging us!!!????????.

The building itself is beautiful and charming. My massage by Amber was nothing short of amazing. The aromatherapy wasn't strong or overpowering, and by the time she was done my body felt like a puddle of warm wax. Even my neck lost a lot of it's kinks. Would definately recommend.

Myself and my husband spent out wedding day and night here. It was beautiful, we got a couples massage and spent the night in the rooms jacuzzi tub, it was perfect. We will be returning for our 3rd anniversary and spending another night (or two).

So Disappointed..... I recently found some old certificates I had, misplaced them a long time ago due to a move, and then recently doing a renovation found them. Was going to use them for a night and for my 25th Wedding Anniversary. Called to see if still valid, and NO was the answer. So sad, was going to have a wonderful night and some massages, food etc.. Oh my, guess will never be staying at this hotel again.... and definitely never buying certificates again. As a business owner, this is something I would never do to customers even if ownership different, you buy and it should be lock stock and barrel, most honorable companies do that.

So relaxing and staff are very friendly. There's a 5 to 10 day hold on the pre auth to reserve the room, which is not explained initially. So we had to pay for the room, then have the same amount on hold for another 8 days, compared to the normal 48 hours at most hotels. Not cool. But lovely place.

I went for a relaxation massage. They asked us to show up 15 minutes early to check in, complete paperwork, etc., which was no problem. We were brought into the treatment rooms almost 10 minutes late, which means we spent a good 20 minutes listening to the staff loudly talk about their weekend. The linens were awful-looking - threadbare, discolored, stained with makeup. The massage was okay.
