5 Super stares to Angelito The clinic is really good with very neat and clean environment. But even better or rather the best is Angelito. I have being going to Angelito for over two years and he is really good at his task. I had a ligament pull on my knee and Angelito worked his magic and just by his massage I was up and running in a month. He always gives more then 100% and every time identifies the issue areas like my lower back or neck and then intensively works on The area through different methods. Even while working around the full body he keeps simultaneously working on the issue area with different methods like cupping, EMS, heating pads etc. He also has a excellent strapping technique and helped a lot during my injury. He is very methodical and thus at the end of every massage session I feel completely relaxed. And I go home with zero issues in my body every single time. I would highly recommend this clinic and most of off Angelito.

I’m giving this place 3 stars because the funny thing is that the RMTs are good, it’s only the owner we’re having some trouble with. The very first time we came here for a massage, she was very accomodating. The next time we came in, this changed for the worst. I booked an appointment with her on the phone, and asked for 2 slots for a massage, one a male therapist and one a female. I specifically asked her to give me the female therapist. And then, she started getting annoyed with me, but said that there was no problem and I would get my request. When we got there, not only did she bill our massages beforehand (backstory, we changed insurances and are no longer on the same plan), but also totally ignored our request. I ended up getting a male therapist. Don’t get me wrong, he was good. But I didn’t appreciate the owner not paying attention to a customer’s specific request. And the fact that the male therapist kept telling me he has to do this and that, and kept reiterating that i was secured in this place and that place was very awkward. Didn’t feel relaxed at all. Had it been a female therapist, there would have been less tension. The owner also didn’t like our insurance, and clearly manifested that they’ve had problems with that before. I mean it’s not our fault we have that specific insurance coverage. And it doesn’t end there. My husband got an email from our previous insurance company saying that they got billed for 2 massages (which also got deleted) when we weren’t covered by then anymore. He went to call the owner of Wright’s just to figure out what happened and again, she showed him attitude. I mean, cut us some slack and some customer service. The massage therapists, and the physiotherapist Angkit, are great. Owner needs some intervention. Clearly, she needs some improvement in that department. Never coming back here.

It's a wonderful, amazing place and I considered this clinic as a very close place to the paradise, where there is not space for pains. They care of you seriouly. You can feel the warming welcome and good vibes as soon as you open the main door and start dealing with: the receptionist, all practicionist staff there and ending with the owner of that great place "Candida". They make you feel so special and as part of the Wellness's family. It's a highly recommended and very clean clininc, where the center and the most important thing is the client's care & safety. In this pandemic situation, They have implemented in place extremely measures adressed to avoid COVID-19 in the installation with estrict sanitation and carefull approach to follow the health safety protocolos. It's a very safe and free covit place to get a right and great treatment. All staff are very polite, professional and enthusiastic. So, if you go for a treatment, I guarantee, You will get attached there as so many people are attached coz the high qualities of services there. I highly recommend Tina and Sophie; They are two amanzing and professional practicionists focused of taking care of you, remove your pains or for sure minimize any pain to the lowest level ever. I guarantee that 100%, go for them. They are 10/10 highly qualified professionals. If you are looking for a clininc where the staff know about pains, understand how to remove it or taking the pains to the lowest level, I highly recomend Wellness is the right place. I had a wonderful massage with Angelito who I would absolutely recommend. My only complaint is that I called specifically because I have allergies and I am not sure who I spoke to on the phone but I was told it was a scent free clinic and I emphasized that I would not be able to come if that was not the case. The person I spoke with did not write this down so the RMT was aware and when I got to the clinic there was a difuser on in the room. So the RMT was very accommodating and I was switched rooms immediately however, the clinic should not be telling people it is a scent free clinic when it is not as this is serious for people like myself. Again, I would like to emphasize this has nothing to do with the RMT that I had as he was amazing and I would totally recommend him!

The owner Candida was very nice at first and staff are good at what they do, but I had a 15 minute appointment I had scheduled for a massage on a Saturday which I had to cancel and Candida told me I was booked in a half hour slot (how am I supposed to know that? and why does that matter?) and she flat out told me that it was 'unacceptable'. I've kept all my other appointments and had never cancelled before. I never went back.

I’ve been attending this clinic for massage therapy for several years and have just started acupuncture care as well. Catherine gives the best massages I’ve ever had. She goes deep without causing pain and I always leave with the knots worked out or at the very least, much looser. She has beautiful music playing in the background and calming essential oils diffusing. Tina has treated me once for acupuncture and I felt it was a thorough and effective session. I will continue to see her as well. The clinic is clean and appointments are always on time.

Update: The front desk experience has changed completely since my last review. The woman who now covers the desk and phone is incredibly personable and friendly, taking the time to learn your name. Absolutely spectacular service that makes the place feel cozy and professional. Albatel is hands down the best RMT I've had the pleasure of seeing. I told her where my pain was and she spent the whole time working on fixing it, not just doing a massage routine. I woke up this morning and pain I've had for a month is gone. The location is clean and sanitary and doesn't have overpowering scents like some spas.

The owner (I believe her name is Marissa)phoned me 2 days later to inform my wife the the insurance never went through and basically to pay, but I paid beforehand anyways. She later confirmed this herself anyways. I phoned later to see if she had put through my claim, which she had. She just wanted to argue and make up excuses to her unprofessionalism and lied about apologizing to my wife. Will go to the other clinic Angelito works at.

The Manager and Owner of this place is a piece of work ! I missed my appointment due to my newborn and instead of understanding the circumstances she threatened to charge me for the appointment. When I pointed out that they had no credit card or benefit information for me she hung up the phone. The staff here seem to be really good but the Manager who often works as the receptionist it the biggest let down of this place. Super unprofessional really needs to work on her customer service skills. Do not recommend as this women does not deserve it !

The good: - Appointments can be booked online and the reminder emails are great. - The massage was very relaxing. I had an initial pre-natal massage a couple of weeks back but the one with Sophia was by far the best I had in Toronto - If you've been at the clinic before and you have a preferred specialist you'd like to book again, you can choose from the list The bad: - My appointment was for 4:30PM and I arrived at the clinic around 4:15. There was no one in the front desk to assist or tell me who my therapist would be - I waited for the therapist until almost 5. While she was pleasant, it would have been nice to have someone tell me who my therapist will be and how long the wait time will be rather than waiting for someone at an empty front desk

The place is cheaper, hence the atmosphere is not as high end places, but definitely clean and tidy. Idk about 1 star comments, but I had no issues and both receptionist and massagist were very lovely and welcoming, which is important. And for cancelation they send emails all red in caps about moving appointment or cancelling. Which is fair to the personal. So be respectful and stop complaining. Massagist Sophia was good and professional and I enjoyed my session. Definitely recommend.

I went to the clinic when I was not able to step 2 steps without having the electric shock kind of pain beacuse of my siatica.I left their walking pain free and much much much better since the first appoointment. My therapist at that day was (Albetel Abera). She has done miracles for my body.I was in constatnt pain before I met her ! I can not say enough about her massage.She is just a perfect therapist❤. She cares about her clients alot, she is also very very very kind⚘ She speaks to you body ! I did not need to tell her where it hurts because she can tell and she would apply the perfect amount of pressure on these spots that hurt the most. Long story short if you are in pain she is your healer????. All the other staff are very very nice.

This place is amazing. One liner would be "feel rejuvenated". Staff is wonderful and friendly. They take enough covid precautions as well. I would recommend yo arrive here at least 10 minutes early to your appointment time for check in process. They also have covid questionnaire to fill out before they let you in. Front desk representative guides us through out the check in process. They also accept insurance if you are planning to use. We had done therapeutic massage with Kristen Leone. She has gone through the filled out form and checked with us on medical conditions, history and any surgery. She asked us for any pain/stress or areas where we fill unease. She focused on those area more and still gave full body therapeutic massage. She identified the areas with more stress as well. She knew what she was doing and she was good at it. Highly recommend Kristen if she is available. Ambience is perfect. Slow music in the background. Right amount of fragrance in the room (my nose is very sensitive so it matters to me).

I can’t give a rating on the massage therapy service but their organization and customer service is horrible. I scheduled an appt and was called by the office to come in 15 mins early to which I agreed. Also, received an email regarding the change to which I clicked to confirm. Arrived 10 mins early for my appt and waited for over 20 mins before leaving as nobody has come out see me or take me into a room (weird setup where you wait out in the lobby of the building as the sign on the door said therapy was in session). No designated person to check in with. After I left I received a text from the RMT reminding me of my appt and he quoted the original time of the appt. Clearly there is a serious communication breakdown between RMT’s and office staff.

Place is clean and staff is professional. Fantastic Acupuncturist and Chiropractor, they both took a lot of care and time with me and they both helped get rid of my chronic low back pain caused by pregnancy. Also website is very easy to navigate around and you can easily book and reschedule appointments. I highly recommend this place. Update 2020: Tina (Acupuncturist) is a life saver!! She’s amazing and both and my husband and I have seen amazing results from her treatment!!

I'm Updating my original post: This is really the BEST Massage Therapy clinic in Etobicoke. Each of the RMT's have been carefully selected by the owner - and it's evident she has a high standard. I was there today with Angelito, and he really took his time to listen and not just do a full-body massage and focused on my problem neck/upper area. This place is truly a Wellness clinic. I had a 60 min massage with Sophia at the clinic. When I entered the clinic, the person at the front desk greeted me and was helpful in setting up my insurance. I had some trouble with it, but she kindly walked me through the process. For the massage itself, Sophia was very good. I felt comfortable throughout the massage and never once did it feel awkward. Sophia and I were able to have good conversations, overall making my experience enjoyable.

Just love this place. Kristen is a magician - I always leave feeling much more relaxed after my massages. They care about you, check in with you, and provide a clean and relaxing environment. Very happy with Wright's Wellness Clinic and will be a client as long as they are open!! I love that I don't worry about payment either - if you have benefits, they will direct bill to your insurance for you. There is ample parking in the back of the building.

I’ve been a patient of this clinic for 8 years now, I love it here. Everyone that works here is extremely knowledgeable and very professional with lots of experience. The owner always goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and appreciated. Whenever I’ve had a concern, it was quickly resolved by talking directly with Candida. I first came to the clinic when I as pregnant and having major low back pain. Since then I’ve had knee surgery, a fall injury and every time I got better quickly with their help. I see everyone here, massage, chiro, physio and acupuncture. I’ve since moved out to Mississauga, but after trying other clinics there, it just wasn’t the same level of care or knowledge, the clinics are much bigger and I felt more like a number, not the personal attention I get at Wright’s. I very much recommend this clinic, in fact my whole family makes the drive to come here.

Over the last year I have had four deep tissue massages at this establishment, from two different therapists. The service was excellent, the process was explained, they asked about particular concerns, addressed them, and provided follow up advice. They were also realistic about how fast and effective the therapy would be given my injury - two shoulder suppination problems. The fee is good compared to a place like the old mill, the rooms are inviting, and they have an on-line booking app to make it east for you. I would recommend them. JB

Ankit Patel is a great Physiotherapist, after my knee surgery the pain was very intense. He helped me manage the pain and got mobility back fast. I'm able to do everything I was doing before the surgery. Highly recommend this clinic. All the massage therapists are amazing.

This clinic is very excellent in terms of providing high quality services. I have come twice so far and have had the pleasure to meet both of the young secretaries, who are very warm-hearted and knowledgeable. The therapists I’ve had so far were very professional and good! I booked my massage with Justin and Tina, who are very good at what they do (I highly recommend both of them). For the massage, Justin was very kind and took the time to explain what he would do. The massage was relaxing and I felt so relaxed throughout the treatment; the conversation was very easy going and comfortable. I felt like a new person after my massage! I believe Roshna was the one who recommended and booked me with Justin and I am very happy that she did so! Tina’s acupressure and cupping treatment have been super beneficial to my health alongside the massage. I was initially unsure, but Adeela (the other secretary) recommended me doing 30 minutes acupressure and 30 minutes cupping. She walked me through the process and I am very grateful for that. The treatment was so rejuvenating for me. I have had no issues with direct billing here! It’s done beforehand which was convenient. I can’t wait to visit clinic again and try their other services as well!

I see a constant trend of how terrible the manager is it’s really sad to see that someone like that is running a business and dealing with vulnerable people who require massage therapy. She should be calming and kind rather than so uptight and unkind I unfortunately also had an extremely unpleasant conversation with her in the past and is the reason why I have not returned, do yourself a favour and find a different place to go to.

I’ve had lower back problems for the majority of my life. I’ve been to many chiropractors and they would help with the pain but the pain would always come back after a while. I went to Angel recently and within minutes of his first assessment, he was able to pinpoint the cause of the back pain (which no chiropractor had done for me). He’s very professional and knowledgeable. He shows you exercises to do at home that will help prevent injuries. He also leads by example; he posts exercises for mobility and strength on his Instagram account weekly. Very happy to have met him and very thankful for his treatment as I no longer have back pain. I go to Wright's Wellness Clinic to receive prenatal massage and I have to say Angelito is the best! I was a bit hesitant at first seeing a male massage therapist but Angelito is very professional, respectful and you can tell he really loves what he does. He takes his time and gave me a lot of good information for prenatal stretches I can do for some stiffness that I have. He creates a relaxing environment and I always feel like my time with him goes too fast! He is one of the best massage therapist's I've ever been too. I have been going to Wrights Wellness Clinic for about 7 months. I had a ton of lower back pain and random other pains. Dr. Samantha Davidson has worked wonders on my back. I play a lot of sports and after waking up every morning with lower back pain, she started doing work on my back and I feel no pain now. She is very friendly and cares about what she is doing. Very bad experience when I reached there she gave me form to fill out the details and start her assessment so take 10 minutes time after she rubbed oil and doing light hand massage when I requested her to give more pressure but she didnot listen and ten minutes early she finished and gave little hot small towel so I wipe oil. best physiotherapy and chiropractor clinic in the area. They really helped me with my back and neck pain, I couldn't even walk when I first came in. Now I'm back playing hockey with no pain. Dr. Wendy is great, hands on therapy. Ankit Patel really knows what he's doing, the home exercises really help me.

I made an appointment Catherine and she was in one word AMAZING. I was in so much pain before i walked in and walked out feeling like i never had back pain before. I love this Clinic, Chiropractor Wendy Hung is amazing. Has over 25 years experience, specializes in soft tissue. My neck pain is gone, first time in years. Tina the acupuncturist is also the best in the city. Great place!

I had severe muscle spasms in my left leg. Nothing would work. Muscle relaxants, hot and cold treatment. Nothing. Went for a massage and it has beyond worked wonders. Walked in limping. Walked out normal. Thanks juliet. Would recommend 110% and defently will be going back

Angelito looked at me when I entered the room and immediately asked if he could touch my neck (which had stiffened 2 nights before). He pressed back and forth like a pianist and determined his plan of action. He asked about my profession as he assessed my posture and position. He offered advice on how to calm my recently racing mind as well relax my body to prepare for sleep. It felt like a therapy session for the spirit, not just the body. I've booked for 3 months already????
