Hasina is warm, professional and an excellent RMT. She was able to ease the pain and tension in my shoulder after an injury. Just like the name says, she's able to get the job done while remaining pain free! It's a relaxing and gentle massage that also provides results. She was also able to provide advice on how to properly stretch and care for the injured muscles between sessions. I highly reccomend Hasina for all of your massage therapy needs!

Hasina is phenomenal at her profession! She is very knowledgeable and her targeted treatments are result-driven and effective, a true expert in the field. I visited her with some neck, shoulder, and back pain that were giving me headaches and I instantly felt relief after my massage and I have not had a headache since. She also took time to share stretches and exercises to strengthen the muscles that are triggering my pain, which I really appreciated. I have recommended Hasina to several family members and they were extremely happy with their massage treatments as well. Hasina is wonderful. I came in with neck muscle spasms and back issues and her technique and deep tissue massage made a big difference. I have been 3 times and plan to continue going back. I got severe pain in my sciatica nerves , that started the next day after my massage session and is still persisting after 2 weeks. Before the RMT it was just numbness but now it’s pain where I couldn’t physically sit in sofas. I have been in bed rest and visited doctor twice and taking nerve pain killer pills. My experience hasn’t been pleasant.

Good day everyone, I would like to recommend "Pain Free RMT" for pain reduction and improved function and wellness. I have been going for over a year now, suffering with lifetime pain and reduced function of limbs from a job injury. Before going I suffered greatly, under her management much has improved in my reduction of pain and improved function of my limbs. Hasina not only do the massages, but a total wellness care, which at the end of the day gives you a sense of wellbeing. I strongly recommend her services if you need improvement in your overall wellbeing and relief from pain, in some case the pain may not go completely but you will surly have an improvement in function. Would give 7 stars if possible. Hasina not only indicates the root causes of pain a client is in, but she helps you further prevent any of these issues from reoccurring by providing different stretching techniques to help with the pain. I’ve been to many RMT’s before but none of them provide the same amount of knowledge and understandings that Hasina does. By far one of the best RMT’s in Ontario.

Hasina's help with my pain from rotator cuff tendinitis has been significant after just two sessions, and I would warmly recommend her to anybody. I had a very pleasant experience with Hasina. She is amazing at deep tissue massage and was able to locate and get rid of some knots that I had. She does a nice relaxing massage as well. She is very thorough with her initial assessment and caters well to meet your needs. She answered any questions that I had and didn't make me feel rushed. The room is comfortable, but I found the music from the gym to be distracting at times as their volume is not consistent. Nonetheless, I felt great when I left and for the rest of the day!
