Lymphatic drainage was unfocused i asked for the 45 mins and showed up early for my appointment @11:30 My appointment finally began at 11:50 and went up to 12:40. At three times she left and a few times did not complete the routine she had started with. The other two employees were talking loudly this is not exactly a relaxing professional environment. I left with more pain in my neck and a lighter pocket as she charged me more than the 50$ as stated on the website. She asked if i had insurance and said that is $90. I said i do have insurance but that i was here to pay direct as i would need a prescription from my doctor (per my insurances requirement) after i had alteady said this on the phone to make the appointment, and she lowered it to $70 when prompted by the machine it asked for tip percentage...... never have i ever had such an unprofessional appointment in my life!! Really upset about this as this was a test to see if i should come as a regular for physio. If you are coming here for physio i strongly advise against it and ask to see any certifications.

So I went to work today with a pulled muscle in my back could barely walk or even stand up straight. And My boss sent me to Natural Health Rehab, he swore this place can help me. I usually stay clear from people when Im in so much pain scared of the wrong type of touch. Linda was her name - Thank you because The massage you gave me actually helped me so much today. I can sit down now and can actually walk without being scared I would hurt myself. I will be coming back to your location I have been to a few in yorkville But nothing even close to this. The pressure is off my side back rib cage and I can sit without being slanted I pulled the muscle 3 days ago and Im feeling almost back to normal ... This Place Is Worth it .. 5 stars for me .. I will be coming back ...
