Highly recommend this chiropractor!!! Hands down best in I’ve met in every aspect, both as a doctor and as a person. Carly has been really helpful for me over the past couple of years. The adjustments and soft tissue work that she combines during treatments help me to perform at a high level athletically, and also manage pains that sometimes happen with my activities. I know I will always leave a treatment with Dr. Youlton feeling better!!! She has a really comfortable office environment, and she is refreshingly honest with a very common-sense attitude. She always remembers who I am too! (which is a lot different from other health providers who I have seen over the years). I’d recommend anybody to Dr. Youlton. ????

Dr. Youlton is a very knowledgeable, kind, punctual Chiropractor. I've seen many (6?) in the greater Victoria area in the past twelve years, and since I've found Carly I've stuck with her for at least five years now. Of the six Chiropractors I've seen, Carly is one of only two who did soft tissue work with the adjustment, and of those two, the other had a very "high pressure sales" way about them and basically wouldn't let me leave without a follow up appointment the next week which I couldn't really afford at tet time. Carly doesn't do that and I love her for it! She's very aware of potential financial barriers to care and therefore never pressures clients to make follow up appointments on the spot, nor does she suggest unecessary x-rays, or unnecessary frequency of follow up. Because of this, if she suggests I come back sooner than later, I know it's because it's actually medically beneficial. She will show you exercises to do at home to help with your issues and they also direct bill to insurance providers. Carly is very compassionate and has frequently volunteered her expertise in treatment for people in need through outreach organizations in Victoria in the past. Her treatment room has a children's table with colouring materials and books to accomodate clients who may need to bring their child with them to their appointment, which is so considerate, not to mention having her practice open six days a week. I can't say enough nice things about her; I'm so grateful her practice is in my community!

I woke up at 3 AM in extreme pain, I got up but I couldn’t get back into bed due to the pain in my lower back and running down my left leg. At 3:30 AM I went online to their webpage and I booked an appointment for 2:45 that day. I had the phone in the cab because I couldn’t walk there. And to get into the cab I had to sit down first then lift my left leg into the cab. After Carly worked on my back for an hour I was a new person. I walked home. I would recommend them to anyone after what I went through at 3 AM dealing with the pain.

I have been seen chiropractors since the mid 80's. I took a chance and decided with the opening of this location in Esquimalt. I wanted to give them a try. Well....since opening, they have now added my wife. The service. advice and positive attitude is a greatly appreciated. We go pretty much once a month, I have at times taken two appts. They are upto date with new software for booking and reminders. I give Dr Youlton and Staff a 5 star rating. I encourage others to give them a try!!! We Etowners should be embracing local!! Its even better then they actually care!!! on a side note Cassadee you sound such a negative Nelly!!! Based on other reviews. You ma'am are in the minority!!

I see Carly (chiro) as well as Amanda (RMT). Both are very professional and can explain exactly why they are doing what they are doing. I go every 3-4 weeks for both services and it has made a huge difference in my quality of life. I actually didn't really believe that chiropractic care really worked before I started going, but the results were undeniable, and both Carly and Amanda are very practical rather than hippity dippity about the applications and benefits of their therapies, which I personally was looking for. They'll both give you demonstrations for home care exercises to make your results last.

I have been going to Carly for just over a year now and she has given me my life back. After a treatment with Carly, I am able to walk pain free and I feel like I could run a marathon.
