I started going to Calm when I was pregnant with my twins, and words are insufficient to describe the care and relief that came from my appointments. Shawna's assessment was revealing and proved to be accurate as I continued my athletic rehab program (stretching, running, exercises, soccer).

Satomi is a fantastic RMT. I came in with pain in my lower and upper back, shoulders, and neck. She assessed all the issues, asked good questions, zeroed in on the pain points, and worked her magic. Satomi has strong hands and knows the body and its caveats exceedingly well. After the sixty-minute session, I felt significantly better and my pain diminished significantly. I will return for further work on tension and pain in my back. I strongly recommend Satomi for her conscientiousness and professional care.

I just had a very disappointing experience here where I did not get the service paid for. My husband booked a one hour massage, and the email confirmation gave an extra 15mins on top of that to account for the billing and assessment portion of the appointment. But my actual massage was cut short by 15mins because the practitioner seemed to think billing and assessment were part of the hour. She also was clearly inexperienced in customer service and lacked confidence. When I asked for a partial refund from the manager, she started with excuses about fees and accounting, which shouldn’t be made the customer’s problems. She eventually agreed to the refund because “it’s not a lot of money” rather than admitting her staff’s mistake. The carpets were also very dirty with paraffin all over, the music was not relaxing and lights were bright, which left a poor atmosphere. This just wasn’t worth the money paid, and I won’t be booking again.

Kiel is really great at listening to your needs and personalizing the massage. The whole place is beautifully decorated, the room was playing peaceful music, and the table was warm. I was extremely comfortable. They direct bill insurance. You can check availability and book appointments with the mind body app. 10/10 would recommend and will be back again!
