The location is easy to access with lots of parking. When you walk in the ambiance is stylish and calming and continues when you walk into the massage room. My massage was incredible and for an amazing price I haven't found anywhere else. I already have my second massage booked and I rarely rebook on the same day I get a massage.

It may not look like much on the outside but like the saying goes never judge a book by it's cover. When you walk inside it's a very relaxed, calming and inviting place. The staff are all very nice and friendly and accommodating. I've been to many different massage therapists thru out the city and since finding Stephanie Reist at Palms, probably over a year ago now, I haven't bothered to go to any other places. She is by far my favorite massage therapist I've had in the last 10+ years. She's not only friendly and easy to talk to and so understanding she knows how to make your body feel like jelly. I've actually fallen asleep from one of her massages it was so relaxing. She knows what areas to focus on and always uses the right amount of pressure. My boyfriend and I have joked many times that if we were rich we would just hire Stephanie as our full time massage therapist haha we can dream right :) I definitely would recommend checking this place out. You won't be disappointed when you leave!

I walked in hunched over with back pain. I walked out upright feeling amazing. That was my first visit to Palms years ago. Ashamed to say I have not always been proactive enough to visit "before" I'm in desperate need of a massage (that would just be plain smart!). However, every single time I have visited Palms has been wonderful. Comfortable setting and personable and professional staff means a ton. The biggest thing though is I leave feeling great every time.

I have been going to Palms for a while and I love it somuch! Brittany has been doing cupping on me and I always see great results. She is kind and very knowledgable, 10/10 recommend! The enviroment is great and clean and all the staff are incredible.

The owner runs a really pleasant and clean facility. It's very 'zenish'. The last time I was there was before they expanded I really like what they've done. One can also book online which for many of us who are challenged with phone calls and often getting an answering machine or a long winded message indicating press 1 or 2 or whatever and then an answering machine, give me online booking. (Frankly I have not had this experience with Palms but then I've not tried calling.) Parking can be a bit of a challenge sometimes but it is available, it's free but may require a bit of an extra walk. What the heck, if you get a muscle knot, the masseuse will get rid of it anyway. The masseuses I've had in the past and currently Chelsea are very good. Overall a positive experience and I have no hesitation recommending the company.

I originally became a client of Palms Therapeutic Massage about ten years ago, when Chelsea was operating a small studio inside the West End Club Fit. I was going through a lot, and my sessions with her were extremely healing, both physically and emotionally. One particular moment I remember is the time I had a session with Chelsea, and I had been telling her about the extreme levels of stress in my life and the terrible soft tissue pain I was having. Chelsea offered to give me free aromatherapy during my massage just to be kind and offer support. Chelsea is an extremely skilled massage therapist, and I am a particular fan of her acupressure technique. I prefer an aggressive deep tissue massage, and she delivers, but also knows when to pull back. A few years later, after Chelsea moved the studio to the location on 107 Ave, I tried to book an appointment but she is always booked up well in advance and it was difficult to get in with her, so I started seeing Judy. I have greatly benefitted from my sessions with Judy as well, and I find her also to be a highly skilled massage therapist, as well as very personable and easy to talk to. I love her deep pressure and trigger point work the most. Every time I have a session with Judy, I always feel as though she has given me her best. She is excellent at what she does. I would recommend both Judy and Chelsea very highly.

Judy Teichroeb is an awesome RMT, she always asks if I have any areas that she needs to work on and I always say “you will find them”, which she does (and more). I come out feeling relaxed, energized and definitely more supple. I also see Connie Popowich for Body Talk sessions, which are amazing. If you need energy work, Connie should be your go to. Im not one to post a bad comment on these and i actually feel a little uncomfortable doing this, but i just thought id share....i got a massage friday night, i went in with a bad body ache from stress/anxiety and the girl working on me used alot of pressure, to the point it actually hurt. I told her multiple times to please be more gentle and she said okay but never really was, i mean some spots it was nice but other more i guess fragile parts of me like my neck, arms, hands and parts of my legs it really hurt. I said to use less pressure and she said that i needed it. Im sorry but if a customer says it hurts i feel like you should not dig into their body lol. I actually got a bruise on my arm. Overall she was VERY nice and she got me in last minute which was very kind of her as i really needed it, and the place was super cute.

My boyfriend and I had a pretty bad experience here with a couples massage. We arrived 15 minutes early and when it was our appointment time, the other masseuse let us know that the other masseuse was running late and would be about 15 minutes...no problem. We understood the roads were pretty bad that day. Well they ended up being about half an hour late. When we finally were about to go in the room, the one masseuse said that they might only be able to provide a 45 minute massage instead of 60 because she had an appt after us. Again, okay..not a big deal. The masseuse's were quite unorganized and werent even sure which room we were in, so my boyfriend and i were just standing around awkwardly, waiting for direction as to where to go. Once we got into the room, the massages were very rushed and the quality was so low. I dont even think we were in the room for 45 minutes. After it was done we had to stand at the reception desk for another 15 to 20 minutes to get our bill sorted. Luckily, my boyfriends massage was free because his masseuse was so late, however mine was still full price even though I had to wait just as long as he did and recieved the same rushed massage as he did. The office was cute and the staff were apologetic. It just seemed to be very unorganized for something that was booked earlier in the week, so it wasnt a surprise. We won't be going back.

5 Stars does not reflect enough how much I appreciate everything that Brittany at Palms has done for me through my time coming there. I started coming here after I broke my femur in a snowboarding excellence and she did an amazing job at helping me though my recovery and accommodating my schedule. I find Brittany to be an incredible massage therapist, she always knows which areas need the most attention in my body, and she goes above and beyond to help me, through providing follow up check ins with me and giving me tips of things I can do on my own. Highly professional and would highly recommend to anyone. As well, the owner Chelsea is amazing. Come here if you want to improve your physical and mental well being!

I've had massages from steph, Judy, and Chelsea. They are all amazing massage therapists with different techniques. Judy uses deep pressure and manipulates the muscle to relieve the tensions. Chelsea and steph use variations of deep tissue massage. All of them always help with any of my muscle tension. I would recommend any of these ladies for deep tissue massages.

I would like to start with the message I received, my therapist (Karina Hahn) took the time and energy to make sure I was comfortable and every detail, to the temperature of the blanket was perfect. She made sure she mapped out all the parts of my body that needed attention and made sure that these parts were taken care of. I really liked the part where she explained why I was feeling pain in certain parts of my body and how to take care of it. After i was finished I picked up some Routine natural deodorant. The past three weeks I have been having issues with a distinct odor from my arm pits. When I googled the 'onion like' odor I realized it was a PH imbalance in my skin. The only way do deal with it is to rinse with apple cider vinegar and water. However, it wasn't as affective as it could be. Only after two days of using the Routine deodorant, I noticed a change and the odor was gone. I want to thank Palms Massage for the wonderful service, products and atmosphere.

Chelsea is amazing for deeper massages and TMJ massages. On top of her great skills she has a very warm and friendly personality. I also highly recommend Brittany, she is incredibly passionate about her career and knows all the new tricks and tips, she goes above and beyond to make sure you leave feeling the best.

I find it difficult to find someone to give the right amount of pressure and was so happy my first massage at Palms was incredible. I left feeling like it was worth it. I also got a great deal on a yummy body lotion and can't wait to pick up my complimentary mint oil.
