From the moment I set foot in the massage therapy center my relaxation started. The dim lighting, earth tones, and soothing aromas seemed to let me shake my preoccupations. Anita is wonderful. She was warm and welcoming. During my therapeutic massage, Anita touched base with me to make sure I was comfortable and at ease with the degree of pressure she was applying. I'm not sure whether I responded audibly or not, because I was rather asleep ????. And woke up feeling limber, and calm. I received great tips to maximize the benefits of my massage and will definitely be returning for the next.

Having just moved to the West-Island I wanted to find a new massage studio to relieve the tension of spending too much time in front of the computer at work. Jennifer at AMG Therapy took the time to understand where are my areas of tension were prior to the massage and made a point of emphasis to clear out any knots. Deep tissue massage's are never the most pleasant, but the next day I really felt it had made a significant difference. A+ I will definitely be going back!

She listened to my needs and I can say I have never had a better massage; it was relaxing and she really worked the problem areas I have from multople injuries. I've been getting massages for several years and have tried more than a handful of places and over a dozen therapists. Now that I've been to A.M.G Therapy there is no reason to go anywhere else. A.M.G Therapy is the whole package; the perfect calming ambiance, great natural products for your skin and senses, a team of really wonderful massage therapists who truly care about your wellbeing and the outcome of each session you book. I am a naturally very stressed person and I hold a lot of tension in my upper back and shoulders... I always leave there feeling fluid and relaxed. Anita is great and always willing to make accommodations as per your preferences (I like the heating blanket even in summer). So far I've tried regular, deep-tissue and hot stone but they do a lot of other types as well. If you're looking for a great place in the west island, make sure to try out AMG you won't be disappointed. PS if you are very busy like me, you can book directly on their website whenever is most convenient for you! Thanks Anita & Team for being my stress saviours!

Just got a massage at AMG Therapy and WOW...I absolutely can't wait to book my next one!!! I have been getting massages my whole life and I kid you not - this was one of the BEST! I have never had a massage therapist so focused on what she was doing. I told her what my problems were and she worked through them meticulously. Not only that, but the atmosphere was so relaxing and the heated bed (on a cold -17 degree day) was heaven! Haven't felt this good in a while!

First time client and upon meeting the owner and therapist my first impression was that they were welcoming and friendly. The massage I had wasn't negative per say but I suffer from a chronic pain condition and expected more attention to my trigger points to be paid attention to. With that put aside I don't have anything negative to say in regards to the massage or the therapist however my low rating is due to the lack of professionalism I encountered afterwards. After the massage I messaged the owner calmly and explained how I enjoyed meeting her but kindly wouldn't be booking a second session because I didn't believe it was what I was looking for. She replied apologizing and offered to schedule me with another therapist which I appreciated the gesture. However that was my only and last contact with her. I replied to her message and let her know I was experiencing an intense flare up of pain after the massage and if she had someone in mind she thinks would be more suited then I'd consider trying it out. Since then it's been 5+ days since she has reached out to me. When a client has a bad experience at your establishment I think it's vital to communicate with them and try to solve the problem and put them at ease or at the very least check in on them to see how they are doing. However I was not followed up with and obviously they aren't concerning themselves that someone left their massage table in more pain than they originally walked in with. I contemplated even writing a review at all but when I've been nothing but calm and understanding since the beginning I don't appreciate the lack of professionalism on their part and how they handled the situation.

First I'd like to mention that I never write reviews but I find this one needs to be mentioned. It was my first visit today at AMG Therapy and it won't be my last. I suffer from lower back pain and usually a massage just doesn't suffice..I tend to follow it up with a visit to the osteopath ; but today after one session..I felt the difference. I explained to Jennifer my situation and she was attentive and reassuring she would do her best and she did. The staff was welcoming and professional and the owner went as far as following up after I left to give me some pointers on what to do to maximize the affect of the massage, I found that to be a great touch. All in all I highly recommend AMG.

As always was great to have Carly and Anita taking care of things. From making the appointment to the message and the follow up, the whole team made sure that I was taken care of. I go for pain relief from prior sports injury. The atmosphere is more of a spa feel than sports therapy clinic. But for sure Carly can take care of pain issues. It is not just for relaxing and is a good natural way to relieve discomfort.

I had my first deep tissue massage at AMG and I swear it wont be my last. I have had a few "deep tissue" massages in the past ,and always left feeling disappointed. That was not the case at AMG. I had such an amazing experience at AMG and highly recommend it to others. I scheduled a Deep Tissue Massage with Tanisha as I was having back pain from a work injury. I was nervous as I had never had a Deep Tissue treatment before, but she really took the time to speak with me before the treatment so we could find the best way to relieve my pain. It was one of the best massages I had in my life! I left pain-free and relaxed. She also helped me work out a schedule for follow up massages. If I could leave more than 5 stars I absolutely would!
