Amrit & Dr.Tyler are awesome! They've helped me so much with managing my pain & discomfort. Only issue is when I don't see them for a long time I start getting stiff ????

The Dr grewal just spend literally 10 minutes and charged like approximately $80 for it. I don’t know about others but that’s my personal experience. Definitely not going ever..total waste of money

Visited Therapex for knee injury, been to other Physio clinics in the past but I was amazed by the treatment and approach Amrit took to address my knee issue. Really impressed by the professionalism, attention and care shown, can already feel the improvement. Definitely going back and I would highly recommend this clinic.

Came for physio at Therapex for a newly diagnosed shoulder impingement.I was always hesitant going to physio as my past experiences at other offices left me with no resolution.Befor coming I was in agonizing pain and my range of motion was poor. After meeting Amrit at Therapex I left with more range of motion and less pain. Amrit was very professional and knowledgeable during all my treatments and that made me happy knowing I was in the right hands. Harp is such a great physiotherapist! Hands down I wouldn’t trust anyone else, very thorough and takes his time with his patients. RMT Harman and Lucki are both amazing. Definitely recommend this place for anyone that is needing treatments post MVA or private.

My physiotherapist Amrit was incredibly approachable which definitely made me feel more positive and relaxed about my injury and recovery. Things were explained in a much more comprehensive but understandable way at Therapex Health Center. Highly recommended.

Each one of them not only educated me on my injuries but also gave me knowledgeable information as to why my injuries were so significant and how we would slowly repair them using various physio therapy and active rehab methods. I started going to Therapex at the beginning of the month. I saw the physiotherapy team of Amrit & Harp. My main issue was tension type headaches I’ve been having on and off for years. The team helped relieve these headache by working on my neck and shoulders. Not only do they provide great service to their clients but also educate them throughout the process. The team at Therapex have really helped subside my tension headaches by strengthening and loosening up my Levaror scapula, Upper fibers of traps, scalenes and suboccipiticals. I also been in to see the RMT Harman, he is great at his work. Focused on the muscle groups that he knew were bothering me and helped relief that referring pain which was causing my tension type headaches.

I’ve had ongoing neck and shoulder pain due to strenuous activities at work. I have had treatments at other physio clinics in the past but they weren’t really much help. Finally, I came across Therapex Health Center and they have worked wonders on me. I’ve been seeing Amrit at Therapex for the past month. His approach and technique on physio treatment is quite different, and much more hands on. He takes the time to explain why my injuries are occurring and why he is doing that specific type of treatment to manage my pain. I would highly recommend going to Therapex Health Center for your well-being. They provide many different treatments best suited to your needs and abilities. Keep up the good work!

If anyone is looking for a physiotherapist you should definitely check out Therapex Health. I have been seeing Harp for over a year now and he has helped me resolve three chronic pain issues that I thought I would have to deal with and would limit me for life. I highly recommend anyone that needs a physiotherapist to book an appointment with Harp. I have been to so many physiotherapists that just put a tens machine on you and juggle you between a few other patients in the same time slot. That is not how Harp works at all. He takes the time to actually listen and work with you to figure out what is going on. Because of Harp I am now back at the gym and probably in the best shape I have ever been. I honestly never thought I would be able to accomplish that again.

If you guys ever need to do physio, chiropractors, massage or any other service I recommend Therapex Health Centre the best of the best place to go & great customer service , the offices & rooms are very clean , neat. Mr.Harp was excellent doing his job. he explains to me about my hip pain & help me recover and focus on the pain to heal . I would gave them a higher rate 10/10

Visiting Amrit at Therapex is the best decision I could have made. He has helped treat issues that occurred through my active lifestyle, along with giving preventative options for my physically demanding career. Would highly recommend giving him a visit if you have any aches or pains or if you have any questions regarding your physical well being. For me getting in the door was the hardest step however it was one of the best decisions I have made.

I highly recommend Harp and his team at Therapex. I had been dealing with an ankle injury for months but shortly after beginning treatment with Harp I've been able to run again. Reception is also great, answers the phone if i call (no prompts to deal with) and always helpful. Also, clinic is spotlessly clean.
