My family doctor recommended the services of Sunstone Physio for my chronic plantar fasciatis problem in both feet in 2017. I had full recovery within a few sittings through treatment and maintenance excercises. Deepti has great ability to diagnose correctly and treat the problem effectively. It is a bonus also that she provides videos of recommended exercises through online access and an app. Direct billing is very convenient also.

My back pain is getting better week by week. It’s been almost month and a half now at Sunstone Physiotherapy Clinic. Deepthi has an excellent group of staff members. Well trained and know exactly what needs to be done to cure the pain. The Clinic has the right machines and up to date technology equipments. My visit on June 5th was amazing. I had one of the best lower back massage ever. I will be attending this Clinic till my back feels no pain at all. I was diagnose with a lower back sciatica pain 7 years ago. Since then my lower back has become part of my daily life. Some years, it flares up to a point that I have taken few weeks off from work to heal the pain and some years since 2011, I have just taken pain killers to overcome the pain. This year, seems like it is getting worse. The pain is unbearable. My family doctor had MRI and CT scan done on me. Arranged an appointment with a surgeon. Even signed me up to have epidural injected in my lower back. Well that didn’t work. And then, one of my work friends referred me to Sunstone Physiotherapy Clinic, 11161 84 Ave Unit #3, Delta. From day one to now, my back pain seems to be going away. Deepti has provided one of the best results so far. I would recommend anybody to visit this clinic.

I had an amazing experience at this clinic. Dr.Deepti did a great job and treated my neck pain with her great experience and manual techniques. She spent more one to one time with me then any Physiotherapist I had seen before. She didn’t just hook me up to a machine like other places, she was attentive to my needs and even gave me exercises to prevent the pain from reoccurring in the future. Dr.Deepti & her team, is extremely friendly and informative. She did not just tell me the stretches and exercises but went through them all in detail. I found her active rehabilitation exercises to be very effective and now find myself back to my usual activities. This has been by far the best, friendliest and attentive physio place I have been to. I had been suffering for a few years and non of the physiotherapists were able to help me. Dipthee is the physiotherapist who sat down, really listened to me. She has a professional team that would message and do ultrasound therapy, who have had their own physio degrees from back home. She also has Dan, the kinesiologist who helps with the exercises and stretches. to be honest this was the first time a physiotherapist had an actual kenisiologist who helped me out on top of what they do. I injured my Achilles and went to go see a physiotherapist. I didn't really notice any progress with my recovery so I decided to try another physiotherapist. I came to Sunstone Physiotherapy Clinic and booked an appointment with Megha. I continued to see Megha for about 2 months and noticed a drastic change in my recovery. Megha is a phenomenal physiotherapist. She takes her time to listen to what is wrong and is extremely knowledgeable. She also indicates what she will be doing during the appointment and explains what the purpose of each machine she uses is. Not only that, she doesn't make you feel pressured or forced to come and see her again and again. If I were to have to go to physiotherapy again, I would definitely go to Megha and have recommended her to several friends.

I would strongly not recommend this physio place to anyone as I had a really bad experience. Unfortunately, Google does not allow me to give zero stars so I will have to settle for 1 star. I had to switch my physio place since I only got massage appointments that were only once a month. The staff is not helpful as they just put machines on you and leave for a long period of time. They do not have experienced staff who are massage therapists and different staff who are physiotherapists; everyone seems new to their job as one person does both physio, massage, and everything else. They do not want to help you get better, it is simply just their source of income. Some of the staff were also disrespectful and made rude comments. One even made remarks suggesting that I was lying about my injuries. When it was time to renew my sessions after they were done, I would tell the receptionist to call me once they were approved but no one did. I had to call numerous times and as a client that is really stressful as that is not our job. Do not go to this clinic unless you are trying to waste your time and do not want to get better. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Your welcome in advance.

Physiotherapist Vaishali did a great job and treated my hip pain with IMS needling and spent more one to one time with me then any Physiotherapist I had seen before. She didn’t just hook me up to a machine like other places, she was attentive to my needs and even gave me exercises to prevent the pain from reoccurring in the future. Daniel the Kinesiologist is extremely friendly and informative. He did not just tell me the stretches and exercises but went through them all in detail. I found his active rehabilitation exercises to be very effective and now find myself back to my usual activities such as weight lifting and running (a few months ago walking was a struggle for me). This review is by Armin - I first visited Sunstone for a vertigo attack last year, and in just 2 sessions Deepti made it disappear. haven't got one till today. Last week I had to see her again for a severe back pain. Forget walking, I couldn't even look down. In a couple of sessions, am fine and back to the gym. I have been suffering from migraines for a very long time and the day I went for my back pain session, I could not even talk with my head throbbing, it was a complete mess. That was last week and touch wood, it's been a week today that I have been migraine free. She is really very good and I think the key to her healing is she listens. I have been to so many doctors and the biggest problem is they don't listen!!! Deepti listens to you because she cares for her patients. She is the best!!!

I have been going to Sunstone Physio since March this year. I have had such a great experience regarding the treatment I receive! The staff is super kind and understanding! The receptionist Abhi has always done a great job accommodating to my schedule. I book physio with Dr. Deepti Chhabra who does are great job listening and treating my injuries. While my physio session I really appreciate the ultrasound and neck massages done by Prabhjot! I also see Dr. Lee for massage therapy his session greatly help in dealing with the pain from my injuries. I have worked with Dan for active rehab, he’s super friendly and understanding about having some really painful days. I have also booked with Dr. Jagota for counselling, she does a great job listening! I also appreciate having all my appointments at one place, it makes it much more convenient and easy to schedule!
