This is a fantastic massage clinic. I have been receiving massage therapy here for years now. They direct bill to my extended health, which is very convenient. I’ve also received treatment for ICBC claims as well. Garrett is a very knowledgeable and skilled RMT. He is very attentive to what you need treatment for a customizes his therapy accordingly, with just the right massage pressure you need. Although, he doesn’t direct bill for ICBC claims because you can get the reimbursement from ICBC directly, the treatment you receive at this clinic is worth it. Hope this helps for anyone looking for effective RMT local to Delta and Surrey.

So lucky to have found this place after numerous attempts at other massage clinics. Super friendly staff, and so attentive to your needs. The place is is located in a small cluster of stores and has plenty of parking. What I love about Radiance is the very easy way you can book appointments online by using the intuitive calendar that shows which therapist is available and the time you can book them. I have nothing but high praise for therapists Nancy Hunter and Eden Lin who've help ease my lower back pain (sciatica) and chronic neck pain.

My RMT, Garret was awesome. I came for prenatal massage and he was able to relieve my aches and pains from carrying the extra weight. I've been back several time and every time info I leave feeling much better. I like that he can tell when I'm feeling chatty or when I feel like just getting a massage. He seems to be able to read people well. I also like how he checks to see if the pressure he's using is strong enough and will gladly adjust accordingly. My favorite RMT!

This place is great! It use to be kind of difficult to book since at one point there were only two RMTs but they have added more RMTs. Jillian is very good and listens to your problems and will try her best to fix the aches and pains. Eden is also helpful and nice!

No way to book over the phone. Booked online and had a profile but no record of my appointment when I arrived on time. My therapist had left 15mins before I arrived. She couldn’t be reached to come back. No attempt made to contact me even though I arrived on time. Waste of time.
