'Xlent people, I spent 3+ months at another clinic but went backwards, pain got worst by the day.. finally I ended up here at NP&SC, they worked very hard to get me going. I'm back baby! I had total ankle replacement surgery in the spring. Regaining flexion in my ankle is a challenge that Gurdeep and Sunil are helping me with. They work as a great professional team, treating me with state of the art techniques, and teaching me exercises I can practice at home to regain a functional range of motion. Not only are they highly skilled and qualified, but their service is friendly, and very encouraging. The facility is clean, comfortable, and modern.

Having fractured my left elbow while working about 5 months ago I was recommended to take physio by my work so I researched the local area and found the great reviews on Nordel Physio and decided to visit them before making my decision. I was already impressed by talking with owner Sunil over the phone prior to my visit, he was patient in answering all my questions and gave me options on what times were available. Well after 3 months of physio, today was my last visit and I'm almost sad to be saying goodbye to the wonderful staff. From the friendly receptionist Karin, who greets you with a warm smile and never fails to ask you how your day was, to the co-owner Gurdeep, who helped assess my injury and along with her husband Sunil set out a program to heal my fracture. I won't lie to you - it was at times tough to drag my butt after work and do a 60-90 minute session of stretches, exercise and e.m.s. (hated those), but with their wonderful and caring attitude it helped make the sessions tolerable :-) You can tell that they take pride in their business and care about their clients by keeping the facility always tidy and the rooms clean. A nice touch is the free coffee and filtered water offered at the front! I wish to thank you Gurdeep, Sunil, and the lovely, kind ladies at reception for making my recovery most enjoyable.

By far the best experience I’ve had. Although I have had to change my appointments, many times, they were completely kind about it and I have a great time there every time. I was having very bad back and sciatica pain, according to my MRI report my spinal disc in between L5 and S1 was bulge out and was pushing the nerve. So my family Dr. and specialist told me the surgery is the only solution. I tried the Physiotherapy but it made no difference. One of my friend referred me to Nordel Physiotherapy & Sports clinic where Sunil took care of me and within 2 weeks my 50% pain was reduced and after couple of months 99% pain was gone. My specialist was surprised to here about my improvement. Sunil is an expert at what he does, he located the exact spot where the therapy is required and now I am 100% pain free. All the staff at Nordel Physiotherapy & Sports Clinic are expert in their profession and very friendly I strongly recommend them.

When I hurt my back, I thought it was going to take over a month to recover, because I couldn’t stand, I couldn’t sit straight, and I couldn’t even turn in my bed. I called the facility and requested an urgent appointment explaining my severe pain and immobility. They were kind enough to make a speedy arrangement at their facility. My wife drove me there and right away they analyzed what the problem was, and how severe it is. After an hour long session including therapies such as electric pulse, hot pads, pressure points, exercises and ultra-sound treatment, 80% of my pain was gone, and I was able to walk comfortably. After the second session, I was able to drive myself and do normal things. The facility was very neat and tidy, and the staff was very kind and professional. I highly recommend Nordel Physiotherapy and Sports Clinic.

I have had other physiotherapy but they dont try. Here they try! They are genuine and conscientious! I'm super excited for my final results once we have finished. I posted the above 5 months ago. It is now the beginning of September. My shoulder was regularly popping out of the socket and I had no range of motion. Now, it feels great! The way Gurdeep used cupping and manipulated my shoulder has made leaps and bounds in my recovery. In addition, Marc, the Kinesiologist they have in their active rehab program took my range the rest of the way! What an amazing team! *****HIGHLY RECOMMENDED*****

Few months ago, I took my son to this clinic for his back injury. Gurdeep and Sunil were amazingly friendly and & knowledgeable. Unlike several other clinics, they didn’t rush through. I've had lower back issues related to sports injuries over over 30 years. Been to multiple clinics over the years and they helped. But Sunil, understands the true mechanics of the back, lower back and things he did compared to the others was totally unreal. Prior to his treatments, i used to be back with pain soon after being treated. Couldn't participate in pretty much any sports related activities. And had to be careful even walking to not upset my back. Felt very limited. After treatments at this clinic, I have been virtually PAIN FREE, and play sports, walk as much as I can . I sleep well without twisting an turning all night. What a difference it has made for me. Absolutely amazing to have that one right person treat you who has the KNOWLEDGE and truly is concerned for others and their well being. HIGHLY recommend.

After seeing Gurdeep and Sunil I finally feel I am on the road to recovery. A variety of treatments and techniques were used (including IMS, acupuncture, laser & traction) to relieve my back pain. Both Gurdeep and Sunil provided knowledgeable and excellent service in a non rushed professional manner. Sunil is highly skilled and experienced with teaching a variety of exercises to help strengthen and regain mobility so I could function without pain. I would highly recommend this clinic. The office staff are also very courteous and the office is clean, neat and tidy.
