I have been to many wonderful RMT's for massage, and Hamish is by far the best. He is consistently great, he knows exactly what to do to relieve muscle tension. He is very strong, and able to get the deep knots out. I would say he the most intuitive RMT I have gone to for treatment, he finds all the tight muscles! I always leave feeling much better than when I arrived for massage therapy. He recommends appropriate follow up care also. I have recommended him to my family and friends!

Where other RMT’s have trouble, Hamish succeeds. I have quite a lot of deep muscular problems and he seems to be the only one who is able to sort me out effectively depending on how big the knots and injuries are. Highly recommend for anyone who does any heavy lifting or more muscular than the average joe.

I would highly recommend Hamish as an RMT. He is absolutely amazing! He is punctual, helpful and very educated on how the different parts of the body work. I have had pain in both my legs for over a year, and I am finally seeing some results since I starting seeing him recently. . He clearly explains what he is doing and the benefits of stretching. He has also suggested a few exercises that are easily doable at home between appointments. If you are looking for a great RMT, I would highly recommend Hamish. He’s a miracle worker!

Hamish has a pleasant, kind personality. He is very professional, listens carefully to the client's concerns. Based on his wide knowledge, he treats also some other area that may be causing pain, and knows where to press to release the knots, and stringy tissues. Hamish explains the client's specific problem, and if needed, he suggests some stretches that will reinforce his treatment. He connects easily with the client. Hamish always checks with the client about the level of pressure so that he/she feels comfortable and relaxing. I highly recommend him as a deep tissue RMT.

I have never in my life experienced a massage like this before! I left feeling like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. Hamish knew exactly all the trigger points that had been bothering me without me even having to mention it. I would come in with a headache and leave like a whole new person. He is very knowledgeable and takes his time explaining why you may be feeling tenderness or pain in certain areas. He took time on the areas that were of concern and spent time taking me through different stretches and ranges of motion to help my muscles.
