I’ve been seeing Terrence as my RMT for over a year now, and given my situation and how stubborn my back pain was due to car accident, it feels like a never ending pain but when i started being treated by Terrence, the pain slowly disappeared. He’s knowledgeable, and most importantly very patient with me cause RMT knows when you’re not doing your home care so. Professional and caring RMT, highly recommended!

Someone rear ended me, and I developed lower back pain after my accident. I found Everybody Wellness Clinic through a Google search, and it was located very close to home. I get my massage done by Paul and he is great! My muscles feel very relaxed afterwards as well. I do go to the Chiropractor afterwards and she also says that the muscles are nice and relaxed, perfect foundation for her treatment as well! I feel very welcomed, comfortable and relaxed when I come here. 5/5 Stars, and I would recommend coming here to anyone who is looking to experience proper massage therapy!

Best massage place ever! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Cody is THE BEST Masseur and a amazing person! I had severe pain in my back and I had 30 minutes massage from Cody and next morning I felt like I never had pain in my back. Highly recommended to everyone:-)

This place is absolutely wonderful. So far, I've only gotten to work with Shane and Sachiv, but they both represent the high standard of this clinic. Shane owns and operates the clinic and his choice in staff reflects well, the attention to quality in regards to client experience, comfort, and satisfaction. It's also quite easy to book an appointment through their online portal, and they direct bill! Love this place, glad I found it, already have future sessions booked, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place they can trust.

Great place for a relaxing massage. It was totally rejuvenating experience getting a massage done at this place, a lot better than other places I've been. RMT knew about concentrating on the places which needed attention without telling much. A very relaxing place to be.

Had one hour session with Cody and I have to say this was the best massage for me in the past 8 years. Very dedicated, professional massage therapist. Good communications. Totally relaxed and rejuvenated after the session. As a client, you will know and feel it when the massage therapist put effort in the movement, etc. This place is highly recommended and I will come back again!

I had such an amazing experience with the staff and Cody as my RMT during my visit. The clinic was very clean and everyone made sure all COVID precautions/rules were being followed. Ultimately, I felt comfortable with the visit and my shoulder felt much more relaxed after just one visit. I definitely recommend this clinic to anyone who is looking for exceptional service!

I've gone here about 4-5 times now and every time the workers were very professional, punctual and were very kind to talk to. went for a couple of relaxation massages and twice to get work done on my shoulder and back and felt great for days afterwards. I definitely recommend if you're looking to start getting massages or are currently unhappy with your current therapist.

Worst massage experience!! You would think that getting a massage is one of the most calming and relaxing time. The RMT they have was talking to me the entire 3 sessions that i was there the entire hour i was getting a massage. It's not just talking, like your at the barber shop, this RMT was talking about her break up she had with her girlfriend, it was soooo awkward, what am i suppose to say? She started crying at some point, stating that her heart wants her back and her brains telling her not to, i could feel tears or snot fall on my arms, i was so grossed out. I tried to complain to the owner but she was not in town, my appointments were all prepaid by a different source so i could not change unless i talked to that source. On the 3rd session, RMT was talking about her girlfriends putting her in the holding cell overnight. I left the clinic and called oener and this time she was back in town. Long story short, owner had promised best service will be provided by her experienced staffs. I went in to get a relaxing massage to fix a back injury and i came out each time feeling the emotional distress of the owners employee, to top it all of, the owner confirmed with said RMT who admitted of her unprofessionalism, however owner does not think i deserve compensation of all 3 sessions. I think this business should offer their employees emotional support so that they dont have to come running to their clients for (literally) a shoulder to cry on.. the massage itself wasnt up to par to begin with. Ive had a better RMT visit elsewhere in the past!! Radiance massage therapy and body mechanics are amazing.

The session was not relaxing. The therapist was talking for the duration of the massage which made me lose focus. The RMT only focused on a particular area and did not consider any other area of my back, when I specified it was generalized tension. Not a clinic I would recommend to friends or family.

Staff is amazing... Professional, polite and works to accommodate your schedule. Always a great greeting coming in. The clinic is very clean and the atmosphere is very soothing. I've had Cody now since a little before the pandemic and won't go to anyone else. He's helped me through 2 car accidents and forever grateful. She’s very professional, has very good techniques in reducing pain and is very knowledgeable.Uses cushions and sheets well in making patient comfortable. I spoke to her about some of the things I’ve learnt from pain management sessions, she knew what I was talking about. She’s a major asset to Everybody Wellness Clinic. If I were to rate her alone, it would be 5 stars.

Terrence did a great job at making me feel comfortable on my very first RMT session. I've always been hesitant on getting massages. I thought my wife should be the only one giving those. Now though...sorry babe, I think Terrence would be doing that. Will schedule future appointments with him. Highly recommended.

Can't say enough good stuff about the staff here. Had some lower back issues and the RMT who looked at me had me pain free for the first time in nearly a week. Just a really great experience overall as the staff was also easy to deal with when making the appointment - will definitely be back (terrible pun intended).

First experience with them was not really god they charge me for 45 min but they spend just 30min they charge me for 45 min recomend every one to clear everything first as tell somthing else and does something else i pretty bad experience.

As an "owner" of the company that comment you made below is BEYOND unprofessional. There is zero empathy and upmost lack of remorse. If a customer is upset with services you have provided, you should at least try and empathize with the customer/former client opposed to criticizing and attempting to lecture and belittle, and instruct how you would have liked the client to behave. In a perfect world we would all want businesses and clients to operate our way, but you cannot control people. That was a very rude way of going about an unprofessional service one of YOUR staff members behaved. Instead, try and assess the situation and correct it before blaming others and directing the complaint of poor quality elsewhere. I have heard from numerous people going to this establishment that your staff talks about irrelevant topics such as "Nokia vs Iphone and where they were from in Pakistan and India". I highly suggest and advise you to prepare your staff better in means of taking all seriousness of their job and exercising acts of professionalism better, or continue losing prospective clients. When and if things go wrong, we appreciate the feedback and try and fix the issue right away. We reached out to you as well and offered reasonable compensation. As a client, you had a few options you could have exercised, i.e. rebooking with another therapist. Discussion with the therapist on what you did/did not wish to discuss. Not re-booked two more times with the same therapist prior to asking for a full refund of all your visits. Your statement regarding not being able to change/cancel your appointments is incorrect. Our staff could have taken care of it in one phone call as we normally do for all our clients. We regret that you did not wish to work with us on a fair and reasonable resolution."
