Moninder has been doing my acupuncture and she’s always been so knowledgeable about my issues and made a point to explain them to me, check my status everytime I see her and adjust as needed. Jas has done my massages and always brought comfort to my aching body. Sharon does my chiro and I’m amazed at how she puts my body back in order where it’s needed. The whole team is helpful and highly skilled from A to Z.

The service and experience is great, I highly recommend giving both the chiropractor and the RMT a try. The staff are friendly and approachable, and super easy to get along with. Just keep in mind that if you have a busy schedule, so do they. Therefore, you may have to wait a bit to get in.

Someone rear ended me, and I developed lower back pain after my accident. I found Elite Health & Wellness Clinic through a Google search, and it was located very close to home. I get my treatment done by Dr. Simran and she is amazing! She did a whole consultation with me prior to my actual treatment, this made me feel so comfortable as I know a lot of people are anxious or scared when going to a Chiropractor. She explained absolutely everything to me. Why she was doing what she was doing and how she was going to do it. I was having difficulty sleeping at night and was waking up very sore in the morning after my accident. After only one session with Dr. Simran I slept like a baby, and woke up feeling so good. I highly recommend Dr. Simran as well as Elite Health & Fitness to anyone looking to feel a little bit more like themselves again! 5/5 stars for professionalism, cleanliness, safety, confidence and communication.

Had a great massage with Yvonne last week. I came in with nagging pain in my right shoulder blade and left feeling amazing. Not only did she address my main complaint but she found so many tender/tight areas in surrounding muscles that alleviated a lot of tension in my right shoulder and arm. She works deep and targeted (it hurts so good). Her assessment is quick but thorough and I was confident in her ability as a therapist. She also made it clear what I need to be doing outside the treatment room in order to prevent the pain from coming back. Definitely one of the best massages I've had in a long time and I look forward to our next session!

Top quality services with a incredible group of staff members! Was recommended through a friend who suffered from the same lower back issues I was having. I used to struggle sleeping more then 2 hours at a time, dealing with lower back pains. After 5 appointments, I started noticing my lower back pains were disappearing and found myself able to sleep a full night without any pain. I’ve been seeing Moninder Chana for Accupuncture and cupping treatment since May 2019 for tension headaches and neck muscle pain and it’s helped me to not get as many headaches per month. I still need maintenance done every 4-5 weeks or things start to tighten up again but it’s definitely better for me than massage or chiropractor. It’s also almost completely painless- I only once felt the needle as that muscle was extremely tight. She’s also a lovely person to chat with :) Thank you!

Elite Health and Wellness has been one of the top clinics I’ve gone too after much trial and error through other clinics. Especially when it comes to chiropractor , RMT, and acupuncture. I started going to elite health and wellness and within a few visits I started feeling so much better! They helped me get rid of my chronic pain and I still see them for maintenance care. I came here for orthotics after looking this place up on google. My appointment was very informative and I was given many options for orthotics. Since ive gotten my orthotics, i have noticed a decrease in knee pain and my feet dont hurt after work anymore. I also booked in with the chiropractor and rmt for general maintenance - I have good benefit coverage through my work. I left feeling 20 years younger! I now come here every 2-3 weeks for maintenance care and have always gotten the best treatments. I would recommend Elite Health & Wellness to all my friends and family!!!
