Dropped into the clinic for a massage and was referred to Dr. Warren Hefford to treat chronic shoulder pain from a motorcycle accident. Warren knew just what to do and after a few sessions, my shoulder is almost 100% again. No pain, no trouble sleeping on that side. Easy to park and friendly staff.

Dr. Cassandra Connolly is a beautiful person who is both brilliant and extremely caring about all who enter through her door. My family is now under her care also, and we are very pleased with the results we have experienced since consulting with her. Initially, I needed help with pain issues and also needed assistance with building my immune system, since I seemed to be getting sick, frequently. Not only did I not get sick throughout C19, but I have had no flus at all and only two very brief colds of a few days' duration in the year that I have been under her care. The nutritional supplements she offers are clinical-strength and second-to-none. They actually work, have been researched and are not at all like those you will find in many other venues. On a final note, she is more than qualified to address health issues, as she has also been trained in conventional medicine and has a very broad, balanced perspective when dealing with her patients.

Dr. Kate MacAdam is an excellent chiropractor. When she first saw my X-rays years ago, she expected I would come into her office in a wheel chair my back was so out of alignment. I did walk in, but I had been in constant pain for a long time. Physio was only a band aid and never helped for long. Kate changed my life. The first several months required appointments every couple of weeks as my back wanted to go back to where it had been positioned for so long. Once she finally got me straightened out, the pain was gone. I could go for walks again. I was not in agony after just a trip to the grocery store. I stopped eating ibuprofen like candy. Now, I see Kate once every two or three months for a 'tune up' and I am good to go again. I would highly recommend Kate to anyone with ongoing back pain. If she ever has any doubt, she refers you back to your family doctor, but she has helped my back more than my doctor ever did. Elaine
