Had a really bad pain in my back. In just one visit it felt a bit better and assumed I'd have to go back a bunch but they did a great job and my back feels great after just one visit.

Love when I get to treat myself to an Alison treatment.. She is sooo wonderful in what she does..She is beyond Amazing and I always feel super comfortable with her!! Love that she does muscle work ???????? combined with energy work..As well has great essentials oils and fun good energy things to buy.. ???? Whenever I leave I am always super excited to when I get to go back!! Sets a great tone for the day!!Treat yourself to some New Energy well worth it!! ????

I have been to this spa several times to use the infrared sauna. Just $35 for half an hour or you can purchase five visits in advance for a discount. Highly recommend.
