Everyone was really good that I delt with except the OT. She was extremely pushy to get me back to work knowing that I wasn't ready. Will recommend for everything else but the Occupational therapist. Not a fan and won't be returning. She discharged me knowing that I had a cold and caught covid and yet she discharged me. Wouldn't recommend

Right from the intake assessment to every single appointment that i had the entire staff was incredibly helpful and sweet. The Chiropractor and physiotherapy assistant took the time to answer all my questions and teach me more about my body. Mark Johnson has helped me when I had severe vertigo a few years ago. I went to two doctors before I went to see him who prescribed medication that didn't help at all. Mark treated me and gave me exercises to do. He is professional, knowledgeable and personable.

They also offer ergonomic office arrangements...they literally came up into my office, took a ton of measurements and even made sure all the settings on my chair were set for my comfort level. I would recommend this business in a heartbeat

Incompetent staff, have been here twice myself and the staff usually have no idea what they are doing. They are confused, and unaware of what they are supposed to be doing during what I would think is a routine practice. I also know someone who was injured during a pre employment physical test after they were instructed to lift something extremely heavy and was told “I don’t care how you do it, but if you want this job you need to lift this crate to this shelf”. Mind you these weights were bags of rocks of various weights that were set into a milk crate. Like what kind of facility is this?

Was not happy to drive to hours , hunt for place to park then get in for appointment 20 min late to tell me nope cant take you today we have to reschedual . No understanding at all . No even trying to get me in . There was not even anyone in waiting area . No t happy at all will my experience . Went to another place and they juggled to get me in a week rather than another 3 week wait .
