Lets start with WOW! Jeff really knows how the body functions and how to fix it. As an endurance athlete and full time bootcamp coach I need my RMT to KNOW how the body works, especially when it functions at high energy output all day long. Jeff knew exactly what my body really needed based off what I am currently doing and what my near future goals are as well - WHICH WAS BRILLIANT. It was the first massage where he took the reigns and I got exactly what my body needed. And oh boy did I sing when he hit those spots that unknowingly held so much tension. I highly recommend Jeff because he isn't just an RMT, he is a athlete as well - and with being an athlete you really learn how the body functions and how to support it when its dis-functioning. Thank you Jeff for helping me stay HIGH functioning + HIGH output

As a long-distance athlete, being able to book an appointment within a week is so important in preventing injuries and maintaining a strict training schedule. Jeff is absolutely unreal! He is super professional and makes you comfortable the whole time, especially as a female this is super important when looking for a RMT. He listens and understands your goals and issues and delivers the results. I’m usually very hesitant seeing RMTS and have had uncomfortable pain for days following but he’s done the exact opposite and leaves me feeling amazing! I love that he explains everything and educates you along the way. If you are looking for an RMT - message Jeff!

Jeff was so easy going and made me feel comfortable immediately. He listened to my history and showed genuine care and interest. He definitely found some areas in my body I had no idea I was holding so much pain and tension in. I've had massages in the past but this was far from your "hot oil treatment". Jeff got right into the spots that needed attention. I was worried I was going to be really sore when I left, quite the opposite, my body felt like jello, relaxed and completely at ease. I have already prebooked my next 2 visits, the work Jeff is doing for his clients is high performance maintenance. We only get one body in this lifetime, if you want it to last you need to get it serviced now and again. Thank you so much Jeff for taking the weight off my shoulders and putting the spring back in my step!! See you in 2 weeks!!!
