Lora is such awesome person and very well educated instructor. She not only has an amazing instructing voice (which is big for me) but her attention for detail and ability to customize each session based on how your feeling that day makes a world of a difference to safely meet your goals. I have been recovering from a car accident and have not been able to keep up with my normal gym and yoga routine as a result. Feeling very out of shape and discouraged this is the only type of physical activity I feel comfortable with trying, and Lora is a big reason why. Shes rather intuitive and takes into consideration everything I am dealing with to never push me past a point I am not ready for. She has a great personality and her extensive knowledge of pilates, and massage really shines through.

Working with Lora was the best decision I made as I entered into my second pregnancy. With a long history of chronic back pain I was eager to try pilates, especially after a difficult first pregnancy. Lora’s keen eye to the most subtle details helped correct my posture and was exactly what I needed to help support my rapidly changing body. Her ability to customize each session based on my energy level was amazing. I have been able to take so many lessons I learned from Lora and apply them to my daily life and improve my yoga practice and overall well-being. I had the good fortune of meeting Lora during my recovery from a major surgery on my right knee. Using recuperative massage, pilates training, and coaching skills, Lora was instrumental in restoring function to my damaged body and reinforcing my motivation when recovery felt hard. Her broad range of therapeutic skills and comprehensive knowledge made the journey back from injury manageable and effective.
