In the past I have never been one to even consider acupuncture mainly due to my deathly fear of needles. To the point where I need to lay down to have blood drawn or I’ll faint. But a good friend recommend Stephanie to help with some health issues and I’m so glad she did. Not only did she help with my immediate health concern she also focuses on your overall health. I was having problems with my period cycle as well as stress and overall fatigue. Stephanie has such a wonderful persona that make you feel like you have know her for years...instantly comfortable. She treats you like family and explains what she is doing as she goes along. Is never afraid to answer your questions and if she doesn’t know the answer right away she does thorough research and will email you her answer. Now the question everyone wants to know...does it hurt?? Well...remember the deathly afraid of needles thing....during my first and continued sessions(I see her once a month)...I barely if at all feel the needles. Stephanie is so good half the time you don’t even know she has placed the needle in you. I highly recommend Stephanie for acupuncture to everyone I know. You will not be disappointed.

Stephanie is the BEST! I like deep tissue so that is what I asked for. Stephanie easily found my trouble spots and worked my muscles hard.She focused not only on my ares of concern, but also on the surrounding/supporting areas which I didn't even realize were tight and sore until she started to work them. The massage was a 10+ as I left not only relaxed but exhausted. I got the best night sleep in a long time after that massage. She is bubbly and friendly, but at the same time is a true professional, the office atmosphere was soothing and she played good music during my session. Treat yourself, you won't be disappointed!
