Ben has been treating me through 2 diffrent knee operations which has taken 18 months. The whole time he has been able to customize his treatments to deal with various complications. He is knowledgeable and competent. A good sence of humor doesn't hurt either. I've always been impressed with his accuracy in his assessments and treatments. I fully recommend Ben for any phisiotharapy treatments you may need. Thanks Ben!!

We moved to Courtenay last May. Went on line looking for a physio. Read the reviews and said yup this is the one. We were right. Ben is an EXCELLENT physio. I have had treatments by Ben with great results as has my wife. I also just had Ben do a pair of orthotics for me. Man fit like a glove. I am VERY pleased with them and have noticed a difference already. The procedure was fast and high teck.

After two years of terrible low back pain and countless appointments with different services (different physiotherapists, chiropractor, massage, acupuncture, and craniosacral work), and in 6-8 appointments Ben seems to have me on the right track to help the pain subside and regain the strength in those muscles. The facility is clean and looks great and the staff are very friendly. Ben is super knowledgeable and great at what he does - highly recommend trying him out!

I went to Hemlock Physiotherapy to seek treatment for long term extremely debilitating shoulder and wrist injuries after a car accident. Ben assessed my weaknesses and listened to me all through the treatment process when I was explaining what was causing me pain. I expect a lot out of my body and push myself very hard, pre accident and during this long recovery process. I've taken massive steps towards regaining my fitness level since working with him, and my pain levels have gone down tremendously - my constant chronic pain is barely noticeable now and I haven't had a severe incident since I started. All of the staff are friendly and polite, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Ben and Hemlock Physiotherapy, he and his team have improved my quality of life so much and I'm so thankful and grateful for their help.

This is the second series of visits I have made to Ben, but the first time at his new practice, Hemlock Physiotherapy. For me, it is important to be able to book (and change) appointments online, and I found Hemlock's booking website incredibly easy to use, offering a variety of time slots to fit in with my work schedule. Prior to the appointment I was sent a reminder text as well as a COVID questionnaire. The location of the clinic is central and parking is convenient right out front. Ben's new practice is bright, clean and new. The staff at the front counter are welcoming and professional, and I was comfortable with everyone wearing a mask and watching the staff disinfect surfaces throughout my visit. As with my past visits, Ben diagnosed my issues quickly and offered a variety of treatments during my appointment. He made sure I was comfortable knowing what exercises to do until my next visit. I have just completed my third visit and am already feeling relief. Ben is extremely knowledgeable, professional and personable and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hemlock Physio to anyone looking for treatment.
