My first chiropractor appointment was with Dr. Caeden Chau a few months ago and I’ve been going to her ever since! I was nervous for my first adjustment but Dr. Chau not only explained every process very thoroughly she also listened to my issues I have been experiencing. I have been feeling much better and after each appointment Dr. Chau goes over some stretches that I can do at home that suit my body’s needs. I saw Thom and he was awesome! He has a very different treatment style that is effective and worth experiencing for anyone. He was very thoughtful and really wanted to figure out the cause of my symptoms rather than only doing massage to provide temporary symptom relief. I learned about controlled joint movement, mobility and how to activate specific and strengthen key muscles. He also helped me figure out how I can fit these exercises into my gym routine so I'm not doing them on my free time. He's a great therapist and has a unique approach. Don't expect your typical lay down hour-long massage. But you will learn something and you will be expected to be active in the process. I think even if you don't know if his treatment style is for you it's worth a visit just to experience it.
