I visited Jovanna a couple of days ago with terrible back pain. I was bent over and on the verge of spasm. My back spasms are serious. When one takes hold it can knock me off my feet for a week or more. Jovanna spent 75 minutes working my back, including heating, hot stones, cupping and expert massage. She told me that my back would feel quite tender for a bit but that I should feel the full effect of the treatment in a day or two. She was right. I felt normal the next day. I can walk properly and I won't be going into spasm. This was my first visit to Jovanna. I plan on going back in a week for a follow-up treatment and then I will see her at least once a month to keep me standing tall, and back-pain free. I strongly recommend her. She knows what she's doing. She communicates. And you will feel that you are in expert hands. One last thing. She also happens to be very nice. And that's always icing on the cake. Stand tall people!
