After years of using osteopathy to help me with postural issues and back pain, this was the first time I had a negative experience with this type of treatment. Their treatment left me sore, bruised and in such pain that I had to take pain killers for two days after. I approached management to try to correct the the situation, but not only did they fail to properly address it, they stopped communicating all together. It's been an utterly disappointing experience doing business with them, not only with the service that was provided but the way in which they utterly failed to correct the situation. Their inability to even properly process a reimbursement speaks volumes about how little care their put in this business. It is a fancily decorated place with appalling service.

Very good experience! Pros: 1. very professional massage therapist ( I had my session with Vincent, he fixed my low back pain and wrist pain) 2. Convenient hours ( the place open till really late, so it's good for people like me who work past 6pm) 3. Tons of parking on the street but also close to the metro 4. They do more than just relaxation massage ( Vincent told me that I could improve my hip position by doing couple of home exercises and I think that really makes a difference) I'll definitely recommend this place to my friends, and I'll come back. Cons: Honestly nothing I could think of.

Based on a single experience, but it was a bad one. Was told, "this is not a spaw you know" and several other weird jibes that made me feel very uncomfortable, and unwelcome. Maybe I just booked the wrong masseuse, since there are many positive reviews, but we won't be going back.

I had a 90 minute massage with Vincent and it was great! The location is so convenient, and you'd never know there is a cute little spot like this hidden inside! Vincent was very informative and friendly, and even gave me some extra stretches after, for my slouching and tight shoulders. I will definitely go back!

I had an Osteo + Massage session with Vincent. I was in pain from sports in my left leg and left lower back, the first 30 minutes were Osteo and then 60 minutes of a massage. Vince is so informed, and a day after my appointment my pain went away and never returned. He was also great at the massage part I would say it was one of the best, if not the best massage I've ever had. Highly recommended.

I've been following and supporting Alex (owner) for years now. My go-to therapist at My Alignment is Vincent, he's ah-mazing at deep tissue massage and osteopathy treatments, and fixes me right up whenever I have some pains or an injury. And a wonderful sense of humour to boot, I always leave my sessions laughing. One of the best therapists in town, honestly!

My experience with Kylie was beyond amazing ! She was extremely knowledgeable, informative and truly helped relieve the tension and pain in my upper back. I actually felt the tension melt away ! Kylie even explained which muscles/bones she worked on and the areas where she released tension, which was the first time I’ve ever had such a thorough explanation from a massage therapist. The location of this spa is gorgeous and the staff are super welcoming. I instantly felt relaxed walking in. They were extremely knowledgeable about massage therapy and are able to help with so many issues. With my disorder I lack a lot of collagen and have a lot of tissue issues. The therapist I got to work with was Linda who has a lot of experience with these issues and was able to work with me and my pain. She was also kind enough to give me the names of amazing supplements and connected me to their distributers that can help me get ahold of them. She also recommended I try to see a colleague of hers that is an osteopath to help with my joint & bone issues this showed me that clearly the staff cares more about the clients wellbeing than just making quick money! I highly recommend this spot! I will becoming back asap !

I absolutely love the place! I had three sessions in osteopathic therapy so far, with Vincent, and it had a significant impact on my well being. I feel super energized and happy after each session, and it fixed multiple issue with various muscle groups. I can breath better, previously had an issue with my rib cage, lowered pain in shoulders, aligned my hips, and reduced jaw pain which plagued me for years. Vincent is an outstanding professional and I would definitively recommend him.

They spoke to us both before, to get to know us and after the massage to offer tips and suggestions. In addition, the space and location are beautiful. Cannot say enough good things about this place! I went to see Edith yesterday for a massage and shes just amazing! Before we began she took the time to assess my posture and ask me about any areas of concern. I have alot of tension in my neck and wrists because of my job, so she really focused on those issues by stretching and massaging. Edith also provided me with stretches and breathing techniques that I can use to align my posture and prevent further pains or tensions. Great staff and gorgeous place! Definitely recommend to anyone.

First I got no confirmation email so wasted a whole afternoon going there for an appointment during my first attempt to reserve a session. Linda used lymphatic pressure points which were very painful. I told her so verbally and by obvious grimacing but she said twice stop grimacing and take a breath. The last few minutes were more relaxed: gentle handling of head, neck and back. In her favour she extended the session by almost a half hour and gave me a $20 discount. So maybe four stars out of five.

I loved my experience at My Alignment. My osteopathic treatment was with Vincent and I swear I think he has a miraculous touch or something because months of neck and shoulder pain just vanished after one appointment! He knew exactly where to target, how much pressure to apply and he wasn't afraid to dig deep within the tissue and it really healed me. It's been two months since the appointment and I'm still pain free. He is so caring and you could tell he wants the best for his clients. I referred my aunt to him as well and she says she no longer feels years of debilitating pain. Thanks so much Vincent!

After 4 long weeks of high level work prep and then dealing with a toxic, negative being led to an extremely dangerous level of anger and frustration that required a release. I went for a Craniosacral treatment @myalignment with Vincent. A very emotional and liberating experience. Definitely going to have this done more often and cant recommend it enough!
