My family who are very active and unfortunately over the years have sustained many sport and non-sport related injuries, have benefited from the professional services at this clinic. The staff are knowledgeable and caring. The physiotherapists take the time to explain the injury and what the treatment will be and work to achieve the goals discussed. Over the years I have experienced many Physio clinics but I have never had the results that I have had with the expertise of Mr. Vishal Puni. I have used other services at this clinic as well and the treatment was great. I was able to resume regular activities understanding any limitations which were clearly explained so I would fully heal. I have also recommended many friends and family and they were all happy with the treatment and the cleanliness of the clinic.

There is a lot of good to talk about this place, and their bilingual staff. I am very happy I landed in the hands of Margarita Chtein for my physiotherapy. Whenever you are talking with her, you know that she is fully engaged and passionate about your recovery and well being. Kinatex ( Cote Saint Luc) surpassed my expectations. I noticed progression of my right shoulder within the first 4 months. With that said I came to them after having a very bad experience with another physio establishment as my right shoulder worsened. I was extremely pessimistic. I am very happy to say Cheryl my most frequent physio therapist rehabilitated me back to a health from the beginning. Cheryl took her time and took baby steps to nurse my shoulder with care by continuos controlled stretching and individualized massaging which prove to be super effective in my experience. I was able to re-establish a full range of motion with little to no discomfort. Moreover, I also have the pleasure to see the physio therapist by the name of Hanns towards the end stages of my healing. He infuses another massage style that's adds to the loosening up of your problem area in a way that you feel whole again. He also takes the time out to educate you on your issue so you can becomes aware of how to prevent further problems, which I do appreciate. Cheryl and Hanns aim is to make you recover as close as possible to100%. Put it this way I am never dissapointed. I always see improvement for the better as I still attend my physio sessions. Everyone from the secretaries to the physio therapist and occupational therapist (Cynthia) deliver outstanding service. Along with being professional, they are all friendly and welcoming which makes your visits all the more joyful. I wish I knew about this clinic earlier.

He is very knowledgeable, skilled, experienced, and is always able to explain the biomechanics of the injury in clear detail. He’s very happy to answer questions and has a very pleasant personality. He has a great ability to analyze and identify the source of the problem and provide the appropriate plan of action with treatments and exercises to bring back my strength, flexibility and dexterity. I injured my back in July 2020 and could barely move and was in constant pain for several months afterwards. I am now back to being able to have a normal life with minimal pain, and I am able to thank my physiotherapist, Hans Smein, for that. Not only did I always feel less pain after each session with him, but he also always inquired about how I was doing mentally with the injury and pain, and gave me reassurance that I would be able to walk and move with minimal pain again afterwards, and that surgery was not the answer to everything. He gave me the knowledge I needed to get myself back up on my feet, and to maintain my lower back so that I wouldn't relapse into another period of excruciating pain just by making a bad movement again. I highly recommend him, he actually cares about his patients and them getting better! The secretaries are also very nice all the time, always smiling and talkative (when I arrived to early for the appointment).

On my first appointment, I limped in with a cane and chronic knee pain in my right leg. By the 4th. visit, my cane was left at home and the limping virtually gone. Margarita gave me an exercise program to follow as well as applying physical therapy. She upgraded it with more strenuous exercises as I progressed.
