I had a severely dislocated big toe (including a small fracture below the joint) that occured from playing soccer. After several months of dealing with the injury, I finally decided that it was time for physio. I met with Amir, he was very professional, genuine and kind. I had limited mobility in the joint, my walking balance was off and I was dealing with a lot of pain. Amir provided exercises to do during our sessions, as well as at home on my own in order to accelerate my healing process. After about 6 sessions over 6 weeks (1/week), my toe's range of motion has significantly improved. My walking, running & balance have also significantly improved. I had a sudden backache problem about a week ago when I woke up in the morning and bent over to make the bed; the pain got even worse by the day after. I went to my doctor a few days later when I realized that the pain is not going away by itself, my doctor referred me to Dena Physio. I went there the other day, and I received treatment from Dr. Amir Vafadar, and I got completely fine the day after. I’m a tennis coach and player, I was involved with a crazy injury in my shoulder and mid back since 2017. I did a lot of injections, ozone therapy, PRP, cortisone، dry needling, different physiotherapies(Accès Phisio , Kinatex...) then I was disappointed , I started to study about Anatomy of upper body and shoulder, at the same time I met Dr Vafadar in this place, he is amazing doctor, he showed me right way, he told me ”your biomechanics of upper body has problem and I’m sure you can back to tennis court but it takes time” I started step by step some exercises with him he explained perfectly about each muscle which I had pain,i passed a long way but finally I won , this great Doctor saved me of pain and I owe it to him, now again I’m playing tennis, thank you Dear DR Amir Vafadar ????

I had an incredible experience with Dr. Amir Vafadar and his team at Dena Sports Physio. Amir is an excellent listener, extremely knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond the call of duty. He is the the best ! Gentle, attentive and very professional, he had fixed many of my problems. I had knee pain for the longest time and he fixed it. Starting from not being able to bend my knees or taking the steps now I am ready to register for the championship. lol Once again, I am back to the normal life and enjoying all those activities that I thought would never be possible to participate anymore. All my other pains due to the office life (neck and shoulder, back) have been disappearing in high extent for the best practices that he has picked for me to do at work or at home. His well-equipped clinic is always clean, warm and the staff is uber friendly in both languages. I never waited long and everyone greeted me with a smile. I always received reminder emails 24 hrs before my appointments and could have a video clips of the exercises and how to do them at home. Not to mention, the easy access to the free parking lot was such a relief in looking for a spot when your're in rush after work for your appointment. Dena Sports Physio offer a wide range of services ; I have benefited from their amazing acupuncture and massage therapy sessions as well. Very grateful to have been referred to Dr. Amir and his team.

This is the very best physiotherapy clinic. I presented myself to this clinic at the end of June just after having had a Stevenson's sling removed which was immobilizing my left upper arm which I had broken. The clinic is spanking brand new with all the equipment being very clean and well organized and located in a medical clinic in the heart of Cote St. Luc. The initial consultation consisted of meeting with a licensed P.H.D. physiotherapist Mr. Amir Vafadar who is the very best. He has a calming and gentle demeanour which put me at ease right away. But he is also a strong and highly skilled professional physiotherapist who pushed me to fully regain the use of my muscles after the bone healed. As he used to tell me 'No pain, no gain.' I received a full hour of private care for two months with him that I know helped me to recover completely. I cannot say enough about this clinic and Mr. Amir Vafadar and his expertise and sense of humour which greatly contributed to my total recovery. I highly recommend Dena Sports Physio for anyone who has injured themselves.

Dr. Amir Vafadar did an excellent job of strengthening the muscles of the cervical spine with exercises. The result was excellent since after 8 sessions the pain completely disappeared. Dr Amir Vafadar a fait un excellent travail en renforçant par des exercices les muscles de la colonne au niveau cervical. Le résultat fut excellent puisqu’après 8 séances la douleur a complètement disparu. Dr Vafadar est définitivement un professionnel très compétent par son diagnostic, son travail sur les muscles et la relation avec son patient.
