I can’t say enough good things about Blu. Absolutely by far the best massage I’ve ever had. Literally googled massage in my area because my neck was killing me and to my surprise I fell on Cai Bei Masaage and Blu specifically. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, easy to talk to and a great listener. Best of all I’ve never in my life received a massage like this. Do yourself a favour and book! I’ve been to the best spas around the world and no massage has even come close to this. I’ve been twice in one week already and you can be sure this will be a regular thing.

The massage was good and my first experience for this kind of massage. I had requested 2 hours assuming there would be enough time for all the body as i know i was way overdue. She is good however i was dissapointed as i had requested during the massage to get to other troubled areas and unfortunetly she was not able to get to them. Being a massage therapist with 8 years experience i appreciated her professionalism, but was dissapointed about not having received what i wanted or maybe I hadn't understood what she offered. Lymphatic drainage with feet to the back body for 2 hours at 140 with similar repetitive movements throughout just seems a little much, but appreciated her techniques.

I've had many massages before of different kinds (usually deep tissue) and I must say, Blue gave me the best two hour massage I've ever gotten! The pressure was just right, she was able to easily pinpoint blockages and tight areas. Cai Bei is definitely a better practice than your traditional deep tissue massage as it is more accurate, effective and consistent!! That's not all, Blue is very knowledgeable, funny, personable, and most of all, skilled in her craft. I've had two hour massages before and this is the loosest I have felt after a massage. She genuinely cares about your well-being and lets you know which areas need more work as well as how healthy your body is. I'd recommend Blue to anybody looking for the best deep tissue in Montreal - it definitely was the best I've ever gotten. 10 stars out of 5 if I was able to. She needs more recognition as skill like this is very rare. A hidden gem in the city of Montreal, that's for sure! ❤️

Completely effective with George. The pains I had for 2 months in my neck went away with George who performed the best all body deep massage ever. Unfortunately he doesn't work there anymore. I also tried the Cai Bai style with Blue and later with Mina but I am not a big fan of this technic as after the massage, I still felt some pains even days after and the massage was not as accurate as the traditional technic used by George. I also tried a massage with Hong. I was not convinced too. Price is fair.
