Right after booking my appointment I had to cancel it due to an important meeting. They did not accommodate and charged full amount. I called to explain my situation and requested to reschedule. A return call came from the owner who was extremely rude from the beginning, she told me not to visit again. I was shocked at the way the she spoke to me. Owner is extremely disrespectful person

Due to some complex rheumatic conditions I’ve been getting various types of massages fairly regularly for a number of years now. I started going to Urban Massage Therapy about a year or so ago (when my long-time regular MT moved to a practice across the city) and I have been very happy with my experience thus far. The business environment is very inviting, clean, and relaxing. They’ll bill directly to most of the (bigger) insurance companies and their online booking is relatively easy peasy. Heidi is a highly skilled massage therapist professional and seemingly-intuitively knows the areas that need extra work and less/more pressure. I would definitely highly recommend Urban Massage Therapy for your massage needs.

Bonus, the best playlists around. The facility is clean and very well kept with rotating art that I especially like. Mike was great, easy to talk to and focused on what he was doing. I felt amazing after. I will be going back and I highly recommend. One caveat is that it is painful. You realize that it’s worth it if your muscles needed it but you need to be prepared for it. I would recommend having a regular Therapeutic Massage first and if you are good on the pain there definitely try this.

I discovered this place by luck. I had so far 2 sessions of Raid NFR with Mike. I am very grateful and happy with the service. Mike is excellent, professional and very knowledgeable. I had been suffering from several injuries( my elbow, lower back, hamstring and glute) I had during a very hard training and a car accident for almost a year. I had tried physiotherapy, electro acupuncture, acupressure, osteopathy, regular doctor's approach and chiropractic. All, I have tried has not healing me and it has taken a long time, and I always feel pain. With only 2 sessions of Rapid NFR, I feel almost like before the injuries. However, from the first session I felt like "wow, what is this?". I am very impressed by this type of technique. I finally could accomplish a long walk with very minimum pain. I felt like my body could move freely and I did not wake up the next day with a very hard pain on my shoulder and left glute. In fact, there was no pain on my shoulder and my glute pain was reduce by a lot. If I could rate this place and Mike' expertise, I totally would give 10 starts rather than the 5. He is really easy to talk and welcoming and a great listener, so I feel very comfortable explaining my issues. I can see he really cares bout the wellbeing of the client since he makes sure I left the session without any pains. In general, the staff is very friendly and welcoming. I do really like the atmosphere at this place. I wish I knew about this place before.

I was in for a massage today at Urban Massage and had a great experience. I was a bit late and they were very understanding and accommodating. I had booked in with Chassity based on all the great reviews and it was perfect. Very relaxed and I left feeling like a million bucks. I feel a lot better already. The bed and room were comfy. Parking was very close by and handy and the price was less than I'm used to paying. The other staff all seemed great and friendly and the other patients were all smiles when they were leaving too. I'd highly recommend giving them a try!
