Tim is an absolute pleasure to work with. Can't recommend him enough, particularly to athletes and those in need of his kinesiological prowess. His acumen for the natural movement of the body coupled with how he tailors his approach to the lifestyle, needs, and quirks of each patient is absolutely above and beyond. Knowing I'm getting treatment unique to me matters immensely, and his cheerful demeanour and sense of humour make the treatments such a delight.

This is a review for my first and last reflexology treatment with Karen. To start, I arrived to an unorganized Karen who then asked me to pay up front, which I have not had to do before for any type of treatment. In order to keep to our time slot, I went ahead and paid in advance for a 1 hour treatment. At the 45 minute mark, I looked at the clock and was relaxed and happy to have another 15 minutes. She informed me she was done. I said I booked and paid for an hour and she replied that some people only need 45 minutes. I was speechless as I felt this should have been made clear before paying as I wouldn't receive full value. It seemed that she had other palces to be and was just wanting me to leave as quickly as possible. I left and sat in my car thinking that I still had 5 minutes left, as I watched Karen leave before my appointment would have been over. Overall, the treatment was good but the unprofessional and uncaring attitude, as well as the lack of value for what I paid, means I will not go back for reflexology or other treatments.

I went to the Belmont location and I feel like I got ripped off. This is what I got for $105 for a “one hour massage” ...I filled out multiple forms online, was asked to wait outside til my exact apt. time - due to COVID - no problem! But then was asked to fill out more paperwork (could have been done online with the other three forms?). My appointment was with Jessica who didn’t seem like she’d read the online forms I filled out. Spent more of my massage time explaining what I’d already put in the online forms. I went to the washroom quick and noticed it was ten after the hour. Poor bedside manner, the pressure was so light I wouldn’t call it a massage...it was super ticklish and because she kept breaking contact with no communication, I found it very hard to relax. No check-ins on what she was planning on doing or asking about pressure until I asked for a change and better communication. I still felt like it was inadequate pressure - much more like being caressed which I found really weird. She didn’t spend much time in the areas I indicated I wanted worked on, instead a lot of time in other spots we didn’t talk about. It ended an hour after I walked in - so I didn’t even get an hour massage - 50 mins maybe. I booked an RMT instead of going somewhere else for a “relaxation massage” because I needed professional help alleviate some serious pain, unfortunately it was an overall stressful and frustrating experience. Honestly felt worse after. I’ve had lots of massages all over the world and this was the worst one. I don’t recommend this place.

I have been to see both Alana and Jasmine for RMT services. Both were friendly, professional, and always made me feel comfortable. Recently they went above and beyond when my provider did not cover a payment right away due to missing paperwork on my end. They were understanding and helpful through the whole process and were very accommodating to the situation. I would definitely recommend Thetis Massage Therapy.

This place was very clean and calming from the moment I entered. Staff are well educated and extremely polite and professional. I have had a few massages from different practitioners and they were all amazing. I will definitely be returning for more massages. I went here to see Sam for "ear seeds" and they were very interesting. Sam is very friendly and informative. The other staff are friendly and welcoming. Love this place :)
