This place is both clean and beautiful. Gives a relaxing vibe from the moment you step in. Booked a 60 min massage with Emily. BEST MASSAGE EVER. I haven't been for a massage in a few years because of disappointing experiences at other places. Decided to give it a shot again by trying this place. Will definitely be returning and booking with Emily!

Olga gives an amazing massage plus she is incredibly kind. Definitely the best massage I have had in Winnipeg, so even though we moved away- to the opposite end of the city- I continue to drive back for massages. My back tightness feels so much better after a 90 minute appointment. Thanks Olga!

Had a relatively bad experience via the booking procedure, multiple calls to rebook and then further, a poor experience Kristie who certainly didn't appear to follow industry standards. Due to the poor review, Olga contacted me. She advised of similar concerns with the employee, and apologized. The follow-up speaks to a professional level of vocation that I appreciate. I have changed my review and will update it once I reattend depending on the service.

Very depressing. Had to reschedule multiple appointments for whiplash treatment but they were still canceled. Not recommended.

Very unprofessional. I booked an appt online, drove a half hour from outside of the city to get a call from Olga 8 mins before my appt to inform me she did not confirm my appt therefore, I had to rebook on another day. Olga I was outside your house when you called me to tell me this. I am also a massage therapist of 20 yrs in Niverville, and I also have an online booking system. There is absolutely no excuses for this. I told you I drove a half hour to see you & I was outside your house, you just kept telling me you were in treatment so could not confirm my appt. If you know your online booking system is flawed like this, I suggest you find a new program. And as a therapist myself, I would have sucked it up and still fulfilled the appt. I didn't even book a massage, it was for cupping for my migraine. I also offer cupping in my practice and it does not take much effort even if you are "back to back" with clients as you stated. Great ambience and great massage therapist. Cozy environment. But they don't directly bill to the insurance. They have a weird system where you pay them, and then they send your invoice to the insurance provider. It was quick, but this process isn't made clear on their site or the appointment confirmation. Otherwise, a great place!

They texted to cancel my daughters first appointment and then emailed as well with 2 different excuses. First text says therapist was sick and then the email says she was in a car accident. No one ever called to reschedule and its been a week. I understand cancellations happen but get the story straight. I booked an appointment somewhere else.

From the moment you walk in, Sage Creek Massage is warm and welcoming. Their attention to detail as second to none. Heated massage tables, warm towels and water waiting for you when you're done. I've been seeing Olga for a few years now and I won't see anyone else. She is the best MT I've had and I cross the city to see her. She is extremely knowledgeable, she listens and also explains exactly what she is going to do and why. She holds all her employees to the same high standard and I can't recommend her and SCM enough!! I would give her 10 stars if I could.

UPDATED: have seen Kim many times now and had first visit with Olga as well, great experience. I love coming here, relaxing and professional. You really can't go wrong and the location is clean and modern and super convenient as well.
