My Friend purchased a couples massage on Groupon for us. When she scheduled it on their scheduling system it cam up as (massage 2) or something along those lines that applies she is scheduling for two people, but upon arriving we were told she was supposed to schedule the couples massage twice. This was after calling and asking to schedule a couples massage and being told she had to do it online. They said this is common and happens with almost every Groupon, but if that is the case why isn't it made clear on the Groupon or scheduling site, why not reach out to people to let them know, and why was she told she had to schedule the couple massage twice even though its a couples massage when she called and asked to make an appointment if it is so common. They seemed nice enough when we went in but the atmosphere was horrible and neither of the people in the building were wearing masks so we just canceled. Super weird experience and super uncomfortable feeling place.

My mother purchased the two sixty minute massage deal off Groupon for me during my third trimester as a birthday gift since they offer prenatal massages. I followed the instructions and texted the number to set up an appointment. No response the day of texting, but they text back the next morning. Understandable. I message back an hour later and receive no response. I message again two days later and receive a response the next day stating they don't handle business issues on their days off and to message again the next day. I apologized and stated that I had tried messaging throughout the week and received no further response from them. Again. No response. At that point I get that they don't value the opportunity to have my business and I honestly have anxiety about even trying to schedule something again. My mother calls them to try and get a refund and they were incredibly rude about it, so she ended up just dealing with Groupon for a refund directly. 0 stars if possible. Very disappointed as a massage would have been heavenly at that point. If you can schedule an appointment, maybe they are great. But from how they responded to me even trying, I'll never consider them again.

My husband and I went in for a couples massage and it was amazing! Ed and Ruth did a great job making us feel comfortable and educating us at the same time. Even sent us home with stretches for our specific needs. After one visit we’re planning on making this a monthly thing!

Bought a Groupon for this business about two weeks previous to writing this. Tried calling about 7 or 8 times. Left a voice mail. Texted. Went to their website to try and book something and couldn't. No one has contacted me back at all. Finally canceled my Groupon and taking my business elsewhere. Won't ever try to book anything with this company again.

Ruth did an amazing job. While I do agree with some of the reviews that contacting them was difficult, they were on vacation when I tried to redeem my Groupon. Ruth was booked solid for weeks, which told me she has a great return base. I was excited to meet her today. The building is hard to find and would benefit from a sign on the road. However, that is no fault of her’s as she doesn’t own the building. The ambiance and massage were amazing. I will be back. Thank you Ruth!

They offer good deals on massages through Groupon but the waiting list is more than a month out. You don't know this until after u have purchased the massage. Then it takes a week or more for refund. If you to busy already why offer specials.

Purchased Groupon for my mother in law and father in law back in April and they where able to get in for July. They reported that they needed to pay since they reported that the voucher is not valid and not paid for even though we had a voucher and the proof of payment. Reached out to Groupon and received no help.

The location was a little off putting. I got lost but finding it was so worth it. Ed and Ruth are very nice and Ed did and amazing job. Ed is very informative. Gives you excellent advice and stretching techniques. Will be returning. Thanks Ed. See ya soon!

I had a 60 minute massage with Ruth. She did an amazing job - regularly checking in with my comfort/pain levels. It is obvious she knows what she is doing! The table was heated so I stayed nice and warm throughout the massage and could really relax. I highly recommend if you are looking for a great quality massage at a very affordable price.
