I had been trying to find a new massage therapist after my previous therapist moved away for quite some time, but I had trouble finding someone who could give me a deep tissue massage as well as my previous therapist. Happily I stumbled upon Cynarra Potocki at Jenna Birtch Massage therapy. Cynarra was able to help relieve me from significant back pain. I'm a big guy and I require a lot of pressure to get the results I am looking for. At first I was skeptical that such a small lady could produce that kind of pressure but Cynarra was able to work out the deepest kinks. Cynarra has always been professional without being aloof. She is friendly, courteous and hard working. I now believe it was a good thing my previous therapist moved away as Cynarra has been such an improvement. I recommended that my wife try getting a massage from Cynarra. She was worried because my previous therapist gave her too much pressure and turned her off massage therapy. She worried for nothing as Cynarra tailored her therapy to my wife's needs and now she receives regular treatments. The clinic is in the basement of a fine old house in North London. There is a wide range of hours available to book an appointment. The premises are well kept and clean. I pay by credit card but I believe they can bill direct to your insurance company if you like. All in all I have no reservations recommending this clinic and certainly recommend Cynarra to anyone needing a deep tissue massage.

Got a prenatal massage from Tara and she really knows what she is doing. Environment was clean, relaxing and comfortable. Table was warmed perfectly, she was very flexible when it came to my lack of mobility and had calming sounds on during the massage. I highly recommend going here for your prenatal massage needs!!

I have received Massage Therapy for 14 years and never been asked to pay out of pocket I even clarified before I booked the appointment and was told there was no problem. They checked with Jenna I was told then asked to pay out of pocket. Terrible way to run a business!

Well, this was a super disappointing experience. We booked with Jenna via e-mail as new patients. When it came time to the day of massage with 'Ashley' - 2 hrs before the appt, Ashley called to cancel stating her child was ill. Understandable, stuff happens - not happy they had no back up person, but whatever it happens. She rescheduled us for Saturday, but we never got a confirmation e-mail or phone call so it's quite likely she never bothered to notify anyone in the office. We show up Saturday - and people can be heard in the house and kitchen, but no one comes out to greet anyone. No one comes out after 10 more minutes and finally, it's passed the appt time so we leave. No one calls us. No one e-mails. I call and get no answer. I e-mail Jenna to tell her whats happened, and to cancel future appointments? She doesn't even bother responding or apologizing. I gave her a full week to respond before coming to write this review. This is garbage customer service and garbage organization.

I’ve been here a dozen times now and every time I leave relaxed and knot-free. I have tried several places and find this place to be the best! My fav RMT is Ashley, I see her about once every two months and I always mention her name and Jenna birtch massage anyone asks for advice on massage places to check out. All the other girls are great too! My mom enjoys seeing Jenna herself when she gets the chance.

I had a massage at the Waterloo location given by Cynnara, the massage was great. Found the parking to be a bit challenging as there is no parking on the street and just a driveway that is shared with the resident. I didn't know where to park, so I had to go in and ask.
