I didn’t know what to expect my 1st time going here and especially as a guy. I hear great things about spas and particularly hand and stone but it’s all women (like many of the reviews) after my 1st time, I immediately enrolled in the monthly membership. Friendly, professional and so good at what they do. Facials— Brie. She will make your day so much better

I usually feel jipped when getting massages but not this time. My first time here(downtown Pittsburgh ) but won’t be my last. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. When I was finished I felt wonderful and ready to run a marathon although that is not going to happen, lol.

I've been here a handful of times now & have had nothing but great experiences. The staff is friendly, the price is great, & the atmosphere is relaxing. I've had massages by both Kait & India. I prefer firmer massages & both delivered. I also had a specific shoulder issue that Kait was SO helpful with. Parking can be a bit tricky, but I park towards the strip district & use the Go Mobile PGH app. It's super easy, affordable, & easy to top up the meter if you need to.

As a resident of downtown, I took advantage of an email offer that said if I called I could get a free 50 minute massage. I figured, why not! I wasn’t expecting much, but I was BLOWN AWAY! This was hands down, the best massage I’ve gotten in Pittsburgh. Thanks Yvonne! I really appreciated that the environment was not only super clean, but relaxing. She didn’t try to small talk during the service, and I was able to just completely enjoy the experience. I told her I liked deep pressure, and boy did she deliver! She hit every tight spot and every knot. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and work on my feet, so my body really takes a beating. She could tell and really targeted the areas that needed it, while still offering a full body experience. I felt SO much better afterwards. I signed up for the monthly membership, because not only was it a great massage - they offered an awesome deal that couldn’t be beat. I literally cannot wait to go back!!!!

An excellent experience!! The staff was extremely courteous and professional. I've tried other spas in downtown but this was by far the best session I've had in Pittsburgh. The spa was impeccably clean and so welcoming. You should check it out..you'll be glad you did!

The customer service is exceptional, the environment is really nice, clean and they follow the Covid 19 protocols. The price is also good. My only issue was that I asked for the massage pressure behind my legs and back to be softer. But I think the masseuse forgot about it, and it was harder than what I needed. Honestly my mistake was not reminding her of what I talked to her. I insist, this a great place just make sure to remind them exactly your needs so you can fully enjoy the experience.

Such a relaxing and very affordable place! For the first few months they gave me multiple rewards (like free aromatherapy, hot stones, scalp massage scrubs) during my massage and facial sessions. Booking and cancelling is so easy and staff is so nice.

It was a good experience from start to finish. I did the intro offer for a deep tissue. Place was clean & friendly. My masseuse did a great job and hitting my shoulders & back, where I have chronic pain. I may be back, but unfortunately the standard cost is just very high. At my normal place I get a 90 minute sports deep tissue for $100 and this is a 50 minute for $110. They do have a membership option, which makes the price normal and would be good, however I don't get one every month (usually once every 6 months).

Had a Himalayan Salt Massage with Yvonne today at this location. Great experience. Yvonne was friendly and made me feel comfortable walking me thru the process. The facilities were spotless, hosts were polite and helpful, and the massage itself was BANGIN’! 10/10. If you want a massage, go here.

One of the best Hand and Stone locations I've visited. The owner is great and helped straighten out my account issues. My therapist, Christine was wonderful. She was very mindful about what my body needed. And my facial was terrific. She was quite detailed. Unfortunately, no steam could be used at the time due to COVID-19. Book ahead!

The facial was relaxing but it felt like I was getting a sales pitch at the end to buy more products. Also my face is breaking out worse than it was before and it's also extremely dry. Like 5 layers of moisturizer doesn't make it any less dry, flakey, or irritated.

Had a Himalayan Salt Massage at this location with Christine and it was FANTASTIC. I had never had a massage before, and Christine made me feel very comfortable. She walked me through the process & constantly reminded me to let her know if I wanted her to do something different. The massage was excellent & the staff is very friendly!
