I first found out about Aruba Massage through a co-worker who recommened the business to me, and their reasonable prices for a full body hot stone massage (which I was interested in getting), so I thought I would give them a try. Upon arriving at and walking into the massage clinic, I had a very good first impression. Although the clinic is not a world class, state of the art health & wellness centre, it was clean, well maintained, and the decor reflected the business accordingly. Since it was my first time at this particular clinic, there was paperwork to fill out, which was clear and conscise, and shortly after, the practioner who was doing the massage that day brought me to the room and gave instruction from there. I had not had a hot stone massage before, so I was given the background on the treatment and was told what I could expect. The massage went great! The atmosphere was relaxing and interruption free; the practioner who did the massage was professional, and made sure the massage went the way that I desired. At the end of the massage, the clinic asked me how I was feeling (as hot stone massages can make some people dizzy) my impression of the massage and told me to consume lots of water for the rest of the day. Payment was quick and efficient. I was very satisfied with my visit and will return for future visits.

I tried multiple times to go in and pick up a gift card that had already been purchased and paid for. Two days in a row I waited at the front desk for 20 minutes with no one attending. Never thought it would be this difficult to pick up a gift certificate.

First time going for a massage here and Tony was awesome. He was very friendly, nice to chat with, and gives amazing deep tissue massage. He helped relieve my shoulders and back pain. Place is very clean. They have four RMTs and several rooms so they can accommodate many clients. Free street parking is available. Price is okay. Online booking option is available which is such a great convenience. And they are open til later in the day and even on Saturdays, which I appreciate so much as it’s so hard to find massage clinics open after 6pm on weekdays. Will definitely come back!

I went here for my very first massage ever. While the massage wasn't terrible I didnt really enjoy it either. Perhaps because it wasn't what I was expecting, but I found to be almost more painful than relaxing. The rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly, so I might try them out again in the future.

I have an ongoing problem with the right side of my lower back and neck that I irritate regularly at the gym, creating pain and inability to sleep. I eventually get some relief over time, with meds and massage. When its really bad, I try to find a therapist who can see me quickly. I usually can not get an appointment until many days or weeks later. Yesterday, I again went on a search for a therapist who could see me asap. Aruba had a new fella who was actually working his first day there, who could see me. Thank you to Patrick,who carefully reviewed my issues,explained what he was doing, gave me some follow up exercises and instantly relieved my back pain considerably.

Nadine, one of the Registered Massage Therapists, is very skilled at working out bad knots and strains. She's very calm, gentle, and skilled at a number of approaches. (i.e. cupping, deep tissue, cranial sacral massage, etc.) I always ask her her specifically.

I have been here multiple times now, with different therapists. Warren is my favorite, as he does get very deep and knows his trigger points very well. I have been suffering with sports injuries for a long time with chronic low back pain. I feel amazing after leaving there, although a little sore. When you pay for an hour of deep tissue, that is what you get. Not 20 minutes of deep tissue, and 40 minutes of light rubbing, which I absolutely hate. Great staff, great service, and I just scheduled an appointment to try their chranio therapy treatment!
