Very disappointed that primarily NONE of these massage therapists (New England) accept medical insurance as my doctor prescribed therapeutic medical massage. Very disappointing for someone who previously was able to have a massage therapist in the south WHO DID ACCEPT & SUBMIT INSURANCE. For someone whose medical provider has prescribed this it's even more disappointing.

At first I was very impressed. Very friendly to talk to, easy to pay my bill etc. Lately though I have been left messages that I owed them money, and when I called they had no idea what was going on and tried asking for another payment. A couple days later they left me a message on my answering machine telling me I was right, and they made a mistake. I am trying to call now to find out important info and the phone lines are experiencing "technical difficulties" so my whole impression of at least the customer rep portion of this company has dropped.
