Atwater club was seen as THE “high-end” and fancy club of the badminton community. I was so excited to play there and being part of that club. However, after experiencing all sorts of emotions for a few months, I finally understood why their reputation dropped. COVID-19 or not, the montly membership I had was not worth a single penny. I was previously warned by ex-members of that club before signing-in (and before COVID-19), but I did not believed them. As consequence, it costed a pricey lesson.

Ive been using the gym facility at the Atwater club for many years now. The equipment is top of the line. Its never over crowded. The mens room is clean. And location is great. The price is right and so i highly recommend the Atwater Club.

An amazing facility with self-locking lockers (no need for a lock), a dance studio, squash courts, badminton courts and a high-end gym and cafe inside! So much in one facility. The gym membership also includes all the weekly classes! I love the kickboxing class so far

One of the old classic Montreal Squash clubs. Great place and even better people to play and have fun and some drinks at the beautiful bar, British style club! Like maintaining the traditions of playing with white shorts. One of the only clubs in Montreal with decent Double squash courts.

I have only been here for a conference, so I can’t speak for it in other capacities, but this place is really charming. It’s like a page right out of Harry Potter. Great ambiance and right downtown.

Sketchy.They charged my credit card a full year after I cancelled my membership. Tried calling to politely work it out with them and the rude person on the phone said they didn't know anything about it instead of taking my name down and having someone call me back. I had to have my credit card company dispute the charge for me.

This is a great club! I just started going here. All brand new fitness equipment! They are even offering a free fitness orientation day for members next week to show the machines! Amazing place, not to mention it has a bar and a restaurant!

Atwater club is the place to be if you're a squash player... they live & breathe it here, and you will find some of the best players in Montreal, though there are players of all levels. There's also a full fitness facility if that's your thing, though I personally just go there for the squash. Prices are a little bit steep, especially if you're not a student and/or over 30 years old. I'd suggest trying to iron out a deal when you sign up, ie tell them you'll sign a contract for 1-2 years and you may get a good discount. Overall great place.

Rating I’m giving is only about the food served in occasions in this club. Staff are very nice and friendly but I didn’t find served food really fresh or tasty for a four or five stars. It’s a stylish but old club, haven’t tried its sport facilities

I went just two times and i cancelled membership and they charged more than 1000+ and i talk with receptionist about this and receptionist told me it was mistake. How charge only for 2-3times tennis for 1000$+? I cancelled but who is work for customer? I should pay because of mistake of reception?

The gym facility is nice, always clean and the food there is AMAZING. I just tried their steak frite from the new chef and it was perfect! The cooking was spot on, the marbling amazing and the meat’s flavor hit you hard like a truck totally recommend it and congratulations to the chef for making such fine steak! Really, I just found my newest place to eat those :)).

There is valet service that I didn't know about so didn't use it. It turned out to be difficult for me to find parking, but that is the only negative point. There are nice clean toilets and a changing room. And the decoration is splendid! (Original) Comme c'était payé par mon employeur, je ne peux parler du prix. Le service bilingue était impeccable et la nourriture excellente. Il y a un service de valet que je ne savais pas, donc je ne l'ai pas utilisé. Il s'est avéré difficile pour moi de trouver un stationnement, mais c'est le seul point négatif. Il y a de belles toilettes propres et un vestiaire. Et la décoration est splendide!

The staff is amazing! The receptionists do an exceptional job at welcoming new members and helping them around the Club. The Club offers many activities, as well as hosts monthly events for the members. It's really a good community that values togetherness!

Was charged 775$ for 1 month use of this gym. I clearly told the club director (Sharon Donovan) to suspend my membership while I was abroad for my studies and she failed to do so. I was then told that the accountant made a "mistake". Management failed to correct the situation... the art of losing customers !!

Yoga, dance, boxing, barre, stretching, eccentrics…i’ve tried them all at the Club. Their beautifully renovated studio is perfectly equipped for the huge variety of group classes offered. There is something for everyone, and the staff always has great energy to keep you going!!
