the shower room and changing room could have been cleaner and larger. when it gets crowded, hardly to move around. the outdoor spa pools are just amazing! we got there on an icy rainy day, perfect to soak into water or just stay in one of the hot tubs. you literally can spend a WHOLE day here, reading, hanging out with friends and just doing nothing! the food from cafe is decent too.

This Nordic spa came with very good reviews and one of the top priorities of ours on a family road trip through Canada! My husband and I spent a few hours from around 1100 to 1400 hours and the temperature was about 25 to 30 Fahrenheit. It was the end of November. The first thing we noticed was the very natural setting the property was situated in. The staff greeted us and spoke English very well. They gave us a quick guide to the different areas of the spa. After receiving our robes, we set off to change into them in a clean, organized locker room. There were plenty of toilets and showers in the locker room as well. After changing into the robes, we set of to experience the Nordic Spa! The spa was split into two areas; whisper area and silent area. Each area featured hot spas and cold spas. There were at least two saunas, two huts with hammocks. The experience was surreal. There was also a few structures with fireplaces and just a place to relax and warm up. My husband and I missed the cold and steam room which I heard was blissful. ???? In addition to this phenomenal method of relaxing, there's a full service Cafe and coffee shop on site. This too compliments the tone of the place and invites you to relaxation. The scenes are spectacular and the experience is definitely something not to pass up. Overall, Siberia Spa is highly recommended. Note that you can bring your own robe and save $8. Also bring sandals and a beanie/tossel cap as well.

What a delight. This is a beautiful property. Well kept and clean. We enjoyed hopping into an assortment of hot and cool pools. Went through the infrared, dry saunas and the steam room. Lots of resting areas -- the best were the hammocks facing the river. It's VERY relaxing. I enjoyed the massage services -- very professional. Nice change rooms.

This spa was the most amazing spa I have ever seen. Mind you that it was my first so experience. And unfortunately now, everything else cannot compare. The beautiful outdoor rest areas, the beautiful and creative “cold water” and “hot water” stations, it was a mini paradise. I also had a massage there, and it was also so calming and relaxing. Their washrooms and lockers were super clean and tidy. I would go back in a heartbeat. Definitely a must go place.

C'est dommage puisque le site et ses installations sont 10/10, mais cette règle du silence et l'entêtement du staff à l'appliquer ne me donne 0 envie de retourner à cet endroit avec quelqu'un. Wow. Just wow. Everything about this place was perfect! We came here after a long day. I got a massage+spa session, and my boyfriend got a spa session. I thought it was just going to be a nice spa -- "how different could a spa be anyways? Spa is... spa," I thought to myself. But no. Boy was I wrong. They had all sorts of different spas, saunas, chairs and beds outdoors for you to enjoy in the silence zones and whisper zones. Guests are asked to be quiet (not talk) in the silence zones, and only whisper in whisper zones. All spas are public, while a few of them are more private behind the rocks. My personal favorite was sitting/lying on the chair by the river, listening to the sounds of the river, feeling the breeze, and just looking up at the beautiful sky and pine trees. What a luxury to have in life! I would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys the finer things in life, and appreciates the tranquility of the nature.

The time spent in a spa was great!Helpfull staff, complimentary entrance if its your birthday, a lot of things to see and to do. I just didn't't get this warning about the silence. I understand that this is place to relax and enjoy the time, but common. People coming in a groups to chat and spent time together! It is not a monastery. We also got a massage. My boyfriend likes it, but I have very disappointed feelings about it. Have you ever had stomach massage? Me neither before I visited your place. I would rate massage 3 out of 100.

The steam bath was fantastic!!! They have buckets in it and you can scoop ice and cold water and pour it on yourself while in the steam room. The water wasn't that hot in the hot tubs, and sometimes the jets weren't very strong, but overall it was a great experience. Stick to the first cold pool to alternate cold then hot, as the first one is the coldest cold pool. It's painfully cold, but 30s in the cold then in the hot will give you a great tingly feeling. The café prices were ok (a little expensive, but not egrigiously so) for a spa. Food was good, service great. A great relaxing day for our first wedding anniversary!

This place is incredible. There's not another way to describe it. You're treated well and the staff is so helpful. We started with our massages which we're greeted by our massage therapists as we walk in. It was so relaxing it honestly felt longer than an hour. The entire place is beautiful with the thermal pools, ice pools with cascading waterfalls, outdoor chairs by the fires. All next to a beautiful river that winds through the forest. They have an area in the river you can dunk into, but it was closed when we were there. The staff regularly walks around, tends to the fires and they don't interrupt the experience at all. Our favourite places were the indoor lodge by the river and the Siberian yurt, which has a cute fireplace and hammocks. It was so peaceful in there with the fire and silence that not long after I started reading, I dozed off. They have family mornings which allow for a whisper, otherwise the place is kept in near silence. I will definitely make this a regular place on my trips to Quebec. 5 stars

This is by far the nicest spa in Quebec city. They just opened a new section for people who like to talk. The 2 new jacuzzis are amazing and the new orange-eucalyptus wet sauna with fresh water and ice is wonderful. The staff is careful and helpful.

This spa is insanely beautiful. This was my first thermal experience and it felt like I started with the best of the best! Who could ever imagine a spa in the middle of a forest? This experience was so incredible. There was a ton of staff walking the grounds, ensuring the grounds were well-kept and guests were enjoying themselves. We would have loved a couples’ massage but there were no spots available. Definitely plan for a massage in advance, as they get booked up early. We booked the thermal experience online a week prior to visiting and all ran smoothly. A MUST to do for couples or friends visiting QC! Kids are allowed until noon, if you are visiting without kids, it is best to plan to go at noon or later.

Great little getaway from Quebec City. We spent 2 hours going through the experience but you could easily spend 4-5 hours if you stop at the cafe for a meal or get a massage. It's an additional $8 to rent a robe and $10 to buy sandals so suggest bringing both. The showers were clean and spacious but lacked typical products that are usually found in high end spas (face wash, body cream) so suggest bringing your own.

Very relaxing. It wasn't too crowded, the staff is professional and discreet. Installations are very clean and well maintained and have a great aesthetic. Most of the site is a silence zone,whick I understand and respectbut I would have take more whispering zones, because I was with someone and would have liked to talk quietly. Some heathier food options, such as low carb options, would have been great. Being sugar and gluten intolerant, I had a very hard time finding sometind to drink and had no eating option. I ended up with a black iced coffee.

We have been on vacation in Quebec and spent around 5 hours at the Siberian Spa today. This place is incredible, a very relaxing experience in the most beautiful surroundings. We loved our time at Siberia Spa! We chose to come on a busy Saturday night, so unfortunately the spa was at maximum capacity when we arrived (a little about 5:30); however, we were able to wait in waiting area (and use their complimentary Wifi) and within 20 minutes, there was room for us to enter the spa. While it started out very busy, it was never overcrowded, and the crowd dwindled out as the night went on. I was very impressed with the wide variety of stations and the beauty of the area. The no-talking policy increased the calmness and relaxation of the experience, for sure. Some highlights for the stations included the rest area with hammocks and the steam spa (although it was definitely the hottest station!). I concur with the reviews that say to not get your robe wet - you can exchange the towels, so dry off with a towel before getting in your robe! The price seemed very reasonable for what we received (especially comparing it to some other nordic spas), plus our receipts gave us free beer at Archibald, a local restaurant about 5 min away. Definitely a gem of our Quebec City trip, and we would come back for a future visit!

A couple of ways to improve: provide towel stations for towel exchanges, places to refill water (other than bathroom sink), and implement clothing optional evenings or something like that - real European spas do not allow clothing. It’s the most uncomfortable feeling, wearing a frozen bathing suit. Also enforce people sitting on towels - many don’t, and it’s disgusting.

I have all great things to say about this place. Cost wise, I'd say it's cheap for what you get especially with their premium services and the amenities. There's a lot to do so make sure you plan accordingly. With my experience, I only booked the 5-9PM + massage and definitely not enough to enjoy this place. It's quite serene and I'm glad that people that came here when I went understood what relaxation means, they are all quiet even when not on the quiet areas. Their mini hot pools are quite relaxing and where I spent most of my time. They also have hammocks where you can rest and a few sauna areas whichever would rock your boat. If it becomes too hot, you can go to the cold pool with falling water and it's quite refreshing. You are supposed to simultaneously go warm and cold and it's fantastic. The place is clean even if there are trees and the staff are quite attentive. I would definitely recommend you try this place out!

Great experience and was not as crowded as I thought. 3 hours was plenty of time to spend there and check out the different spots more than once. The steam room was a pleasant surprise. Service was nice. Relaxation was achieved. I highly recommend going when it's dark out (we did the evening session). Something i wish was different is the lack of clean towels, even in the locker room. I had my wet cold towel the whole time and wish I could've gotten a new one in a simple way, whether it was outside or in the locker room later after showering.

Went on a weekday evening maybe around 3:30pm and it was quiet until about 5:30. Many hot and cold pools (maybe 10) as well as saunas, one steam room which felt like we were burning our nostrils with Vicks, and nice hammocks by the water (river). It was cool and cloudy so we didn't spend too much time lounging but staff very nice and helpful, everything clean, smaller locker and shower areas but fine. Tried the Café and was pretty good too but I don't think they serve alcohol (sometimes a glass of cold white wine is nice at a spa!). Will be even better once masks aren't mandatory in the yurt, indoor relaxation areas!

My husband and I tried all of the different spa experiences (including the absolute BEST massage I've ever had in my life from MIKE) and really enjoyed ourselves. One note...be careful with anything you might put in the pocket of your robe. I had my cell phone in mine (many people do, for reading, etc) and my robe was mistakenly taken by another guest (along with my phone). We left the spa thinking we would never see it again, BUT the staff just called to say they found it! Thanks so much for your help. I hope we can return again!

If you are someone who goes to great lengths for sweat to bead from your skin, for comfort and beauty at every turn... well, I urge you to come to Siberian Station Spa. Their values are as fragrant and as refreshing as their eucalyptus scented hammam. Heat, cold, rest -- three intentions you're never a few feet from. Throughout the grounds you'll find hot pools, saunas, fireplaces, heated yurts (with live fires) and hammocks to rest. Above the cafe (yes, you'll find it difficult to peal away from the searing fireplace) is a relaxation room for guests where you'll find a stunning view, bunk beds and bean bag chairs. I went a few days ago (worth the 20 minute drive from Quebec City, and surely the three hour drive from Montreal (I may even drive straight to Siberia from Chicago sometime..)) to find the spa hidden behind coniferous trees, snow-capped and brushing up against a stream, which I'm sure they let people jump into when it isn't so icy out. Best of all, you're prohibited from talking in most areas, which although hard as it may be to fight the temptation to speak about this place, you'll be glad you never ingested the noise pollution of others (truly detox city). When we had to leave we were filled with tears because we knew it would be a long time until we found another spa as steamy, as euphoric, as deluxe and as well-priced as this precious balneotherapy paradise.

This place is mesmerizing. The location is beautiful. The experience is amazing. We went there for a long weekend and it was a bit more busy than normal. However, it was still the best experience in my life This was my first nordic spa experience by the way. So as we entered.. the route was beautiful with high trees covered with snow (we travelled in peak winter season). Then at the reception the process was very straightforward. We were given the locker key which is chip based and a band for hand so you don’t have to carry around the key (plus point). Locker rooms felt small with lot of people but i would blame the rush on that day. As soon as we got out of the locker room.. the beauty of the place was breathtaking Hot tubs, cold pools, river flowing in the back, saunas, steams, whispering area, quiet area, hammocks, relaxation,..... and what not. We did not even realize when the day ended. We also got a swedish massage at this place. Masseurs were highly experienced and it was a good experience. Overall i would highly recommend visiting this place.

While working in the city a few friends and I decided to take a spa day and visited this location which is not to far from Quebec City. They staff is bilingual, friendly and will help you with any questions you have. Parking is free and it has a beautiful surrounding. Overall this is a nice establishment. The facility is clean and upkept well and most visitors respect the silence rule. You can definitely loose yourself for hours here or if your looking to recovery from an intense workout/game session. The nature gives off fantastic vibes and you feel right at home. The cafe is a little pricey as I would recommend eating at home first but we grabbed a cookie anyways. Overall I would definitely visit again if I was in the area. I had a great time and got true value for money

I actually really love the concept and layout of this spa. I unfortunately went on a really busy Saturday night so it was very dirty in the locker room/shower area and there’s no one on staff periodically cleaning or refreshing the bathrooms. Clothes, underwear, personal hygiene products, hair you name it was literally everywhere. The hot tubs themselves were super crowded and the funniest part was watching everyone’s faces as you approach wondering if you’re going to get in with them or keep walking in the freezing cold weather looking for the next (crowded) hot tub. Before leaving I also enjoyed a light meal at the cafe which was pretty basic but tasty. Nonetheless, it was still a very enjoyable experience and I do recommended checking it out perhaps during a weekday if possible. The ONLY unpleasant part for me was the locker room and also clearly inebriated women who was ALL over the place and taking up way more space with her “things” than necessary. She actually had the audacity to keep peeking around the corner of the vanity to ensure that I wasn’t stealing her stuff (because, you know, I love collecting people’s used garbage when I travel haha).

We arrived on the scene around 3:00 p.m. to take advantage of the baths before our scheduled massage at 4:30 p.m. Upon arrival, we waited 10 minutes before being served to get our robes. Finally returned outside, the whirlpool baths were all full of about 8 people each which did not really make you want to go. So we said we are going to go to a yurt, again all the hammocks are full .. So we go to the other rest tent ... Not even a free place .. So we pick up in bathrobes to go around the site and look for a warm place .. Finally. We ended up in front of the fireplace to shiver. Then we went to massage, we took the trouble to listen to our needs before starting (I asked for a neck and back massage) so that finally the masseur massages my legs and my neck only the last 4 minutes . Finally, we thought that after the massages maybe the baths would be more available ... But no .. So we left without even being able to enjoy it ... Ah and the beer at the archibald we went but the parking lot was full so we left much more frustrated and disappointed than when we arrived. (Original) Visite le 16 mars pour le forfait amoureux. Expérience très décevante. Nous sommes arrivés sur les lieux vers 15 heures pour profiter des bains avant notre massage prévu à 16:30. Dès notre arrivée,, nous avons attendus 10 minutes avant d'être servis pour avoir nos peignoirs. Au moins la réceptionniste était gentille. Par contre, en arrivant au vestiaire il y avait tellement de monde que j'ai dû attendre un autre 10minutes pour accéder à ma case et pouvoir me changer. Enfin rendu dehors, les bains tourbillons étaient tous plein d'environ 8 personnes chaque ce qui donne pas vraiment le goût d'y aller. Alors on s'est dit ont va aller dans une yourte, encore une fois tout les hamacs sont pleins.. Alors on va à l'autre tente de repos... Même pas une place de libre.. Alors on se ramasse en peignoirs à faire le tour du site et cherche un endroit au chaud.. Finalement. On s'est retrouvé devant le foyer à grelotter. Ensuite on est aller au massage, on a pris la peine d'écouter nos besoins avant de commencer (j'avais demandé un massage de cou et de dos) pour que finalement le masseur me masse les jambes et mon cou seulement les 4 dernières minutes. Enfin, on s'est dit que après les massages peut être les bains seraient plus disponibles... Mais non.. Alors on est partis sans même pu en profiter.. Ah et la bière au archibald on est aller mais le stationnement était plein alors on est reparti bien plus frustré et déçus qu'en arrivant.

Et on ne peut pas chargé les boissons et nourritures du café sur le numéro du vestiaire et payer à la sortie. Il faut mettre de l'argent sur le bracelet, avant ou d'amener de l'argent ou cartes. Peut être en parler aux clients à leur arrivée. Tarifs des soins excellents (massage et bains) . J'ai souvent payé plus chers pour moins bien.

Definitely worth the drive: reserved over the phone, place confirmed by text message, felt welcome and experienced excellent venue with clean lockers, showers and unlimited towel exchange. My partner and I were both extremely disappointed by this spa. The massages were poor (they used hardly any pressure at all, despite signing up for "deep tissue" work) and the management forgot to let us know in advance that we were going on a family day so the "relaxing" atmosphere was disrupted by children running all over the place and noise everywhere we went. Simply the best Spa I have ever been. The location is amazing, completely immersed in the nature. The people actually respect the silence and the overall experience is relaxing and rejuvenating. Only downside: we went in the evening for the discount rate and we were asked to pay $8 for the bath robe. I would expect this to be included in the price. As it was the summer, we opted to only take the towel which comes for free. I hope that in the winter the bath robe is provided at no additional cost as there is no choice not to take it.

The spa itself was really nice and relaxing but we couldn’t enjoy it cause of our disappointment in the staff. My husband and I were on a kid free relaxing weekend away, we had booked a reservation days prior and set it up with someone over the phone. Once we got there they could not find our reservation for our massages at all. They said someone who spoke English that day called in and I guess cancelled our reservation. We looked forward to our massage all day long and planned the day according for the spa. They did allow us to use the baths for free but really that is no cost to them. this was the WORST experience. we came for our first wedding anniversary from Montreal and we were so excited based on the reviews. unfortunately, the weather didn't agree with us as winds were up to 100km/h so the spa lost power, which we were understanding about. they put you in a room to wait for your message therapist to come get you, it was sooooo loud from everyone talking inside the "salon" and outside. all the therapists came at the same time and started screaming everyones names. we meet our therapist and I noticed right away that her hands were very dry and FREEZING cold. she starts the massage with her freezing hands and lathers me in oil- you could have fried an egg on my body with all that oil. her hands were rough, she barely did anything and anytime she touched my feet, she would start moaning. I get massages quit often but this one, I felt like running out after 10 minutes.

Booked a couples massage and thermal spa access. Massage was great Anne-Marie did an amazing job. Only reason I gave 3 stars is because when I booked I was under the impression you needed to provide proof of vaccination. I was disappointed and a bit uncomfortable that they did not require vaccine passports to enter the spa, where social distancing is very difficult. However, I needed my vaccine passport to eat food in the cafe. Doesn’t make much sense to me. Would have felt more at ease if vaccines were mandatory for Spa entry. Also, the pools were mainly full and the only ones somewhat available were in the silent section. Me and my partner were the only ones in the section and we were whispering and were told to please keep silent. I understand silent spaces, especially within a spa, but there needs to be more “whispering” spots since we were basically forced to sit in the silence section since the other pools were all full. Overall, it is a nice scenic spot to relax, just a few things that could be done to improve guest experiences.

We then completed our evening with the spas. It took an hour to be able to enjoy the hot baths since they were all already occupied. But, we were still able to take advantage of the other facilities, such as saunas and stations with fireplaces and hammocks. All in all, we enjoyed our evening. The staff were welcoming and ensured that the sanitary instructions were respected. ** No one contacted us by phone to advise us that one of the massage therapists would not offer the Swedish message. Alors, tu retentes le coup pour un autre type de massage. La 3e fois, c'est plus frustrant un peu. Les masseuses ont tout de même bien fait leur travail. Elles ont essayé de trouver un compromis. Malheureusement, on aurait aimé que notre demande initiale soit respectée. Nous avons ensuite complété notre soirée avec les spas. Cela a pris une heure avant de pouvoir profiter des bains chauds puisqu'ils étaient tous déjà occupés. Mais, nous avons tout de même pu profiter des autres installations, tels que les saunas et les stations avec foyers et hamacs. Somme toute, nous avons apprécié notre soirée. Le personnel était accueillant et veillait au respect des consignes sanitaires. **Personne n'a communiqué avec nous par téléphone pour nous aviser qu'une des massothérapeutes n'offriraient pas le message suédois.
