The best physiotherapist I have ever been too!! I have had my fair share of injuries requiring surgery and physio to rehab, and have been to a few different clinics between Campbell River and Comox Valley. Hands down this is the best place I have been!!! Logan Ralph at Foundation Rehab has helped me not only identify what I need to work on, but he has helped me gain so much confidence to be able to try new exercises I was previously told could hurt me. The difference in thought and practice is making such a huge impact in my life both physically and mentally. I can't wait to see how much more I grow personally with the added confidence Logan has been able to provide me. Anyone looking for a new physiotherapist who works hands on and one on one for the entire session should book in to see Logan. They are the best of the best. I threw my lower back out in the morning and managed to get in to see Ian the same morning. He clearly explained and showed me what I had done, then helped relieving some of the instant pain. The best part is he gave me lots of rehab work I can do from home so I don’t have to keep coming back in constantly for adjustments - felt like he cared about my wellbeing more than just booking me in for repeat appointments. I was also lucky enough to book an appointment with Logan for some IMS which really helped my recovery too. Thanks guys!
