I'm having a great experience going to my one hr program with Tarryn once a week for 6 weeks. She is helping me with a in home program, and is helping me do my exercises properly. Also helping me modified certain exercises that are giving me great results. Also giving me extra helpful exercises that compliment my existing program. Dave Carlos ???? ???? ???? ????
