I’ve been seeing Amy for less than two months but in that time, she has managed to fix multiple problems, injuries and improved my posture. I originally started seeing her for whiplash due to a fall. After our first session, I had immediate improvement: my PT told me Saturday that I would not be allowed to exercise for a week. I saw Amy later that day and by Monday was cleared. Not only did she fix my whiplash, she also treated the jaw tension and plantar fasciitis I didn’t know I had. After just a few treatments, my posture has improved, my jaw pain is gone, and I no longer have pain in my arches. She is the best Massage Therapist!

This woman is absolutely incredible! Such a professional yet comfortable atmosphere I felt completely relaxed. The amount of knowledge Amy has about her practice and how to treat ongoing conditions coupled with her techniques and communication skills were bang on. I went in with neck and shoulder pain and came out not only feeling amazing but empowered with the knowledge of what I was doing wrong and what I need to work on to be free of pain and damage to my spine. I simply cannot recommend Amy highly enough. My shoulders have been giving me persistent pain for nearly 3 years. I have seen GP‘s, orthopedic surgeons, physiotherapists, chiropractors and done endless stretches and exercises etc. all with little impact. In just three sessions working on my shoulders, Amy has brought about significant improvements! I can move pain-free in directions my arms haven’t been able to go in years. I am brimming with optimism that, with further sessions, she will have my shoulders moving normally and pain-free. Amy is personable and professional (and very responsible in taking Covid precautions). Even more importantly, though, she is simply a genius with her fingers! She slowly and carefully moves and feels to discover the problem spots (always consulting with you to make sure you are feeling OK with what she’s doing) and somehow she miraculously does just what needs to be done to get relief! I have never had such success. I am overwhelmed with gratitude for Amy. If you are having issues, you should absolutely seek help from Amy!
