I had my first massage there yesterday and was very disappointed. It was a weak massage and I was charged for an hour but she only massaged me for 45 minutes. I won't be going back.

The loft is such a cozy gem in Hespeler. It has a natural, warm and energetic feel to the space thanks to Carolyn's lovely collection of plants. Rooms are clean and spacious. Appointments are always on time and staff truly listen to your needs. Ample parking at the building.

Very friendly however it was the weakest massage I've had (and I went to get these knots out or worked on and not one knot was relieved of tension) and the blinds were open the entire session which was not very relaxing for myself and you could hear a little construction going on.
