The RMTs and reception are very friendly and helpful. Ellen (receptionist) is a well of Information (she knows a lot of people in the healthcare industry, and can refer you to whomever you need to see), is very professional, and always polite (even to the wing-nuts and grumpy folk). The RMTs are a friendly bunch, who obviously enjoy working together, and are not competitive or needy... If one isn't available for whatever date/time is convenient, another will be, and it's okay. Tea (herbal, flavoured, and black) and water are available is the waiting area, as are candies. ???? Overall, it's a fun & friendly place, in a medical building (germophobes beware), with free parking, and wonderfully competent staff.

Lora is amazing!!! I have been involved in numerous car accidents and suffer from cronic migraines and soft tissue damage. Lora is always thorough and exceeds my expectations. I have seen numerous RMTs and very few are able to treat my issues. I would definitely recommend Lora any day.

Excellent place for professional massage therapy and osteopathy. A bit hard to find in the basement of the grandview medical.center but well worth it. I've been going her on and off for several years and Michelle Ford is highly skilled and her staff overall are very professional.

I've been coming to this clinic for years (although not regularly). There seems to have been a lot of staff turnover since my last visit, but the therapists they have all seem excellent. The online booking is super convenient and helpful. The clinic itself has undergone some renovations and it looks brighter and nicer than before. It's helpful that they have Osteopathy available as well as Massage Therapy.

This is a medical massage clinic, so I didn't go there for a "fluffy" relaxation massage, but rather to get my knee working again. They apparently offer laser and ultrasound treatments, but I got "manual lymphatic drainage" done on my knee so it didn't look like a grapefruit anymore, and then had medical taping done to keep the swelling down. They gave me exercises to do, and my knee works again. Job done.

I went here on a whim after searching massage therapy in Cambridge. It was a wonderful experience all four times I've gone and would recommend this place to anyone needing someone to knead out all their aches and pains. Great staff and a truly exceptional receptionist!

I moved to Cambridge last year and I am very fortunate to have Lora as my massage therapist since then. I had a great RMT in Toronto and I was sad I couldn't see them anymore. Lora was recommended by a friend and now I am extremely happy with the treatment received, from ultrasound to deep tissue massage. She is very pleasant and funny! If l could give more stars I would:) My wife sees her as well and our appointments are booked 2 months in advance. Highly recommended!!!

I go for a regular massage here and I will continue to as it is a comfortable environment and the staff are great at what they do. Absolutely love grandview massage! I really recommend Brandi. She is very experienced. I don’t tend to enjoy massages that are only relaxing and surface level, Brandi is amazing at treating areas in pain and still provides a relaxing experience. Ellen is one of the kindest receptionists I have ever met. She is very welcoming and always smiling. Overall, very friendly staff, convenient location, and good hours.
