I really enjoyed my massage with Karissa. The reasons I didn't give a full stars: My appointment was changed from one therapist to another without my approval (yes, I was a new client but this was done the night before my appt) and the amount of confirmation emails I received is insane (4, I think). The only other issue was that I could definitely hear people talking throughout my entire massage... It was muffled but I think it was still less than ideal to be able to hear people in the front area talking for almost an entire hour (also around 75% sure that this was mostly staff because it was a slow morning). Anyway, I would still recommend.

I have been coming here for over a year, and it is the ultimate place to go for your massage. I have been to numerous places throughout the city, and this by far is the best place. The front staff are amazing - always extremely pleasant and helpful. The massage therapists I have had are all good, but in my opinion, Adel MacKay is the greatest massage therapist there. Adel is awesome at her job and extremely polite and professional. When I walk out of there, I feel so much better. I would highly recommend people to come here.

People take time off work for these appointments and they cancel on their leisure. If your in need of a massage book at a professional establishment, one that takes their jobs and clients seriously.

Jessica Ecclestone has some magic hands. One of the best massages I've had in my life. The perfect mix between specific muscle targeting and relaxation. The cupping technique was used and it was awesome. I walked out feeling completely restored head to toe. So relaxed I had to take a few minutes to wake up before driving my vehicle. I will be booking another one.

My favorite massage locale in sw also probably anywhere. Staff here are excellent. Massage therapists are excellent. Occasionally you can even get a same DA appointment!!! For real. I did twice. It was amazing . they have an incredible website for online booking too! Which is awesome because isn't that everyone's favorite way to book appointments and also pizza delivery? So anyway this place is great, they direct bill, they sell.oils and fancy soaps. They even have a dish with candy and chocolate at the reception desk. You know, for that after a massage treat craving.

I went here as a new client and was booked with Terry. It was hands down the worst massage I've ever had. His technique was something I'd never experienced before, and it left me in so much pain that I could barely stand afterwards. He kept pressing down hard onto different parts of my body, and used a shoving motion similar to someone giving CPR. It went on like that for the entire massage... then he just abruptly stopped, bid me good day and walked out of the room, even though I had nearly 10 minutes remaining in my appointment. It was like he couldn't wait to be done with me. (Yay for professionalism... ) They don't hesitate to charge you for the full time, though. After my appointment was done, I literally had to walk out of there hunched over in pain and limping. I don't know what was done to me, but it's been 2 days and I'm still in so much pain, with EXTREME migraines. I will never return to this horrible place.

The massage was OK at best, but the real issue is the atrocious customer service. I found this place because they direct bill to Sun Life. I called in and booked a massage for 6:00pm. Asked for someone with good pressure as I had a specific knot I wanted to work out and that I wanted to bill to Sun Life. They ask me to come 15 minutes early to fill out paper work and send me a calendar invite for 5:45 - 7:00. I show up at 5:50, and am told my massage started 5 minutes ago. She made me rush through their waiver and consent forms and go in for my now reduced 45 minute massage. Like I said previously, the massage I received was ok at best, and I then found out why. I received a $5 discount because the therapist was new to the club. Not at all what I had asked for or been told over the phone. I was then told that my insurance would not cover the visit as the therapist was not yet registered to Sun Life. I asked if that was something that should tell a customer who provided a Sun Life benefits card right before the massage took place. I was told word for word, "Hmmm thats not a part of our normal practices but I will take it into consideration going forward" Informing the customer that the preferred method of payment wont work is not part of your normal practice?? Because I am now upset with how I am being treated, I pull out my phone to show her the calendar invite. 5:45 to 7:00. The massage was booked until 7, meaning 15 minutes for forms and a massage from 6-7. It would make zero sense to book 15 minutes after the massage. I am told that my phone cannot correctly read thier calendar invite. My brand new Iphone XR is the issue. I was completely stunned that she would have the nerve. JUST ADMIT YOU MADE A MISTAKE. It is laughable they asked me if I wanted to re-book. I will not be back. I hope others read this and avoid this clinic as well.

Massage with Brittany was very good, lack of direct billing to my insurance provider and seeming inability/unwillingness to provide a very good answer as to why and/or pursue further with the insurance provider. My concern was a low priority for them. We'll see if they rectify/respond. I would think it would be in their best interest to streamline as much direct billing as they could. People make decisions to use services based on how easy a business is to deal with.
