Was not disappointed coming here, a friend recommended them. With everything going on with covid-19 I felt very safe! When I arrived I checked in and my therapist came out and got me from my vehicle. At no point did I even see any other patients. I believe they are staggering appointments to limit contact as much as possible! The receptionist was very pleasant and my therapist was wonderful! Will definitely be going back again, already booked!

I dropped in with emergency last week, couldn't move my neck at all. They took me in, didn't turn me away even though they were fully booked and, most of all, helped me with my neck problems. They did go over and beyond with the treatment. Very thoughtful, caring people that work there. I've been to several different massage therapist in the past year due to an MVA, Michelle by far is the best one! I would go back again and again no doubt!

I wish I could rate this place 0/5. Worst massage and treatment I’ve ever had from a massage place. The therapist was so unprofessional and I was physically pushed by her when she told me I had to “step back” for her to explain the COVID protocol at the massage clinic. A simple instruction would have been fine, I didn’t need to be physically touched in any way by anyone. To make it worse, I was five months pregnant at the time so I could have lost my balance and fallen which would have been an even greater issue. I hope you hire better, professional and more qualified therapists because that behaviour to any client, especially a pregnant one, is unacceptable!!!

Worst massage ever, felt same before and after. After 2 weeks of phone tag, cancelling while I am almost there, finally managed to book. After undressing, was told light massage or come back at a later date. Booked 1 hour massage, cut short to 45 minutes. I really needed a good press, and this didnt do anything. Felt like Nancy didnt want to do it. Had to go to massage heights to get additional half hour. My family and I will not be returning

I had heard good things about the therapists here. My experience was only so-so. The thrrapist I had did not seem very "present". She also did not try terribly hard to make me comfortable or build rapport.The walls were thin and I could hear people flushing the toilet in the bathroom beside, talking, laughing. Not very conducive to relaxing

Worst massage I have ever had! Didnt feel anything while she was massaging me! She did more talking than putting pressure! I felt I wasted my money here as I did not get any sence of relief from the so called massage. Wont be going back here again! Very very dissapointed as I really needed a good massage as I have been in pain!

This is a bit of an odd review: the massage therapist who worked on me (Sarah) showed a lot of promise and I'd give her a 4/5 star rating. However, she was a student doing her practicum hours, and I think it's very unusual for Silver Springs Massage to not inform me as a client that I was being treated by a student, and worse, they charged full price for the 90 minutes ($140+). So that's why I'm giving them a 3 out of 5 star review. I've been a part of student clinics at other massage therapy businesses, and it's always explained up front (in fact there's paperwork to sign indicating you acknowledge that this is a student treating you), along with the service being at a steep discount (50%+ or more). After all, you are being treated by someone who isn't yet a professional - they are learning by practicing on you. You are helping them by being practice, and you are getting the benefit of a less expensive massage in exchange - except Silver Springs Massage isn't doing that, which I object to. Sarah was clearly a student - she forgot her massage gel, forgot to charge her phone so we didn't have music playing during the massage, and had pretty rough transitions and technique in some ways - but she shows a lot of promise and did some stretches and techniques I'd never experienced before. Given more experience and time, I'm certain she will become a superb massage therapist.

Great Massage but when I came home after my sister noticed that I smelled strongly of mildew; especially my face. I think they need to clean some of their face towels or rests.

Professional, affordable and clean! Price is on the high end of affordable but it's well worth it! Bookings have always been straightforward and pleasant. Every therapist I have seen thus far has been attentive and actively sought to tackle the problems areas I have. A bonus is the therapists usually are able to gauge if you're in a conversational mood or would like to simply unwind in peace. The rooms are presentable, clean and don't have any overwhelming scents.

I love giving and receiving my massages at silver springs massage clinic. I am a therapist there and also use the other massage therapists myself. I have traveled extensively and can say that the treatments here are truly top notch. There is a great variety of therapists and different styles, so please if you want to find a good therapist give this clinic a try!

I thought I had found the perfect place even after hearing some not so good experiences from friends. I booked an amazing massage August 9th and before I left I ensured an appointment for 1:00 on August 16 was booked again. The receptionist asked if the appointment could be moved to 2pm so that 2 appointment blocks were not eaten up and I agreed and confirmed the appointment on the spot and looked forward to it all week. Fast forward to today, I call as per their COVID protocol to let them know I was in. The receptionist was as cold as ice no ownership. No empathy. Nothing. All I got was "well I didnt book it", and "well it wasn't booked so sorry book another day". I hope management reaches out because I am saddened and disappointed at the lack of service from this place. Get your bookings in writing!

I have gone to many massage therapists, for many years, and none have been as good as Tracy. I’ve been going to see Tracy for 4+ years now and she is a fantastic massage therapist who knows what she’s doing. She’s been able to help me manage some chronic lower back pain through deep tissue massage, as well as modify at times for a more therapeutic massage to bring down stress and anxiety. Her intuition on client needs is spot on and it’s a truly healing experience when I go see her. It’s a clean and safe environment, and they’ve always been really accommodating with my schedule. I am happy I found them and Tracy - they are a big part of my health and wellness and I can’t recommend Silver Springs Massage enough!

First time massage here. The massage was done adequately although the one thing I did ask the therapist to focus on lacked any particular attention. The part that got awkward was when the therapist asked who I worked for and what I did and basically trashed my employer and individuals I work with. Then proceeded to tell me their personal opinions on Covid. I respect that people have different opinions but this did not make for a relaxing experience lying face down on the table. In addition the person I went with was given an unsolicited recommendation on taking a supplement after the massage from their therapist despite it being the first time there too. I'd give it one star but the massage itself wasn't terrible.
