Excellent customer experience! The place was so clean, cozy & covid safe. The therapists were very knowledgeable about their job and time bounded as well. They would never waste any minute of your time just to provide the relaxing massage a customer ever wanted. We’ll surely be coming back for our next massage sesh!

My therapist (Judy) was very strong and kind. She explained the treatment that I would need and helped me feel less stressed and energized. I was greeted by Immy and he was so friendly and welcoming! Fay had done my massage and she was so great. She asked what my issues were and where she should focus. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and welcoming feel when I went there for the first time. The woman at reception was wonderful. It was an overall very welcoming environment. Chase was beyond amazing. He’s naturally gifted with his magic hands and I just love the passion for healing that he has. It shows that he loves what he’s doing and for me that’s important. I’m bringing my 6 year old there in a couple days and I’m so excited for myself to go back too!! I’m very grateful I was recommended to them!

I cannot say enough about my experience at Phoenix! From the moment we walked in we were welcomed with such warmth and welcoming. My husband has now seen Jose who has been a perfect fit because he prefers more of a deep tissue massage, and has been in desperate need of some intense work on his back and shoulders for a while now. I have been to see Chase twice now and cannot say enough! I prefer somewhat of a gentler approach but he was also very good at making sure to work out all the kinks and knots in my back and shoulders with killing Me lol he also does some energy work at the same time which was perfect for me and I left both times feeling better both physically and mentally. He’s also seen both our 11 and 13 year old sons and was excellent with them! Everyone in the office is so lovely, it’s definitely our new place to go!!

There was a little bit of a mix up but between front desk, massage therapist, and manager they made sure to be open and communicate and do what they could to make me a very happy guest. I had an overall good experience. I was happy to have found a place nearby that can take me in last minute! They have a clean and soothing environment. The receptionist was welcoming, attentive and kind. My massage therapist, Ashleigh, did a really great job loosening my knots in my upper back with her deep tissue techniques and was thorough with the information on what to expect after my massage, why and gave me great advice on how to follow-through with my self-care. She offered me a bottle of water and when I went to pay, the bottle was waiting for me on the front desk. She made a huge difference in my level of pain or soreness: from a 5 down to a 0.5 almost immediately. It was worth the money I spent. I was not informed before my arrival of the following: 1. The receptionist checks your temperature upon arrival with a laser-gun thermometer, so you’re not stunned like I was. — It was not mentioned in the pre-screening and client history forms that I filled out online beforehand and it seemed the receptionist was so accustomed to doing it, that she neglected to inform me before coming around to check it, pointing a gun to my head. At least warn new clients. 2. New clients get 10% off their service on their first appointment. 3. I paid in cash as I don’t have insurance and they didn’t have change. So, for those reasons, I’m giving them 4 stars rather than 5.

Just writing a quick point form review. Receptionists are fantastic, super friendly, and helpful. Practice is kept extremely clean (before & during COVID restrictions). It's super easy to reschedule or cancel an appointment if you ever need to (in-person or online portal). Shout out for Jose Navarro is a super star RMT.

This place is awesome...seriously. Friendly and professional staff and straight to the point services as soon as you enter the door. I go to Jose and Ashleigh for different reasons and they are both very articulated at what they do. I also love the fact that they share their knowledge on the nature of your ailments.
