I have discovered this hidden gem about a year ago and couldn't be happier with their service and the team of caring massage therapists! The massages I receive are excellent , the atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing and the rates are very reasonable. They work with benefits too which is great as I have them through my employer! My partner is now also coming here for massages and loves it! I highly recommend!

Wow what a place! I got a super deep healing massage while my husband got a therapeutic massage. So you can choose what you desire. My neck feels way better and my spirit more aligned. My husband got some therapeutic guidance for his hips, neck and back which is making him feel lighter and stronger with his posture. I highly recommend this if you need the WHOLE healing. Mind, body and spirit. You’ll walk out feeling lighter and happier.

Like many of the other clients leaving reviews, I too followed Shauna Brausse from another clinic. I'll also reiterate that she is not your "typical" massage therapist. This is not a relaxation massage but she will fix the things that life has damaged. I moved to Ontario in 2018 and STILL fly back to see her - I have not found anyone else that's been able to fix my pain and help me keep my body functioning and moving in the ways it should to stay healthy.

My therapist Katie A was amazing, I've never walked out of a massage that fully relaxed before! Most therapists focus on the immediate pain spots, but she got at the root causes of those spots and actually resolved the issues!

Not my favorite massage place. 10 minutes of my massage was wasted by some "breathing exercises" while she played with some singing bowls. I was there for a massage, nothing else. I was asked to be open minded, and I did just that. Thankfully this massage was a gift and I didn't waste a lot of my own money on it. Will be returning to the massage place next door instead.

Coming from Saltspring Island, where it seems there are 2 world-class healers for every citizen, I was blown away by Omega. The space itself is a calming sanctuary and my experiences there relax so much more than muscles. Often, with massage, the relaxation I feel during treatment wears off soon after but when I go to Omega I feel entire, lasting rejuvenation - muscles, nervous system, emotion, spirit. I've had Jolene and Mellisha, twice each. They have very different, but very complementary healing touches, and both intuitively knew what needed attention. Omega has expanded my understanding about the power and possibility of body work!

Went for my first Raindrop treatment here. Mellisha was fantastic at explaining how it worked and making me feel comfortable. The treatment was gentle, deeply relaxing and I am happy to report my persistant back pain is much improved. My visit was wrapped up with complimentary tea to go, such a nice way to feel totally relaxed. I am still feeling the therapeutic effects of the essential oils even after being at work. Will definitely be going back!

The room that I was in was not very sound proof , as customers came in I could hear every conversation. Lewis was a very nice and trusting therapist however he needs more training on different massage techniques as the massage was repetitive. It felt like I was getting a massage done by a friend and not a professional. I would give Omega another try but with a different therapist.

This place is the most amazing massage clinic. They have a small waiting room, but its filled with lovely sounds and smells and books that make you reflect. I always go to Jolene who is not only a massage therapist but also a energy healer. Everytime I am done a session with her I feel renewed and revived. If you go there, you must see Jolene!

I have been seeing Shauna Brausse for a year now, she has been amazing. I am an ex-military combat leader, and have a variety of connected injuries, imbalances, and repetitive use injuries. I have spent a good part of my adult life trying to prevent, heal, or resolve these sorts of injuries with mixed results and rarely anything permanent. Shauna is the one person who has been able to tie everything together and allow me to repair and restore my body. Her technique/approach is not what you may be used to, but it is far more intuitive and intelligent. Her systemic approach to resolving injuries and pain is the only thing which has achieved permanent and functional results. I have been a client at Omego for 9 or 10 years Over the years a had the pleasure to have massages with multiple massage therapists I love trying different massage modalities. For examples I am a big fan of hot stone massage I find it the most relaxing and therapeutics. Because I enjoy it so much I typically go for the 90 mins. Hot stones massage is particular and not all massage therapists have the proper technique. At Omega it has been great With my outmost satisfaction. I have also tried rain drop therapy which is another one of my favorite. Not to mention all other massages I had the pleasure to have at Omega. The atmosphere is welcoming right from the moment you enter the front door. I truly recommend Omega for all your massage needs. Great environnement and knowledgeable therapists.
